Principe di Savoia is located on Piazza della Repubblica (opposite the Westin) which is a 30 minute walk north from the cathedral. Along the way, you will pass in front of the golden square where the fashion district is located (Gucci, Prada et al). This truly is an outstanding hotel. Service is excellent, from check-in, through room service, to check-out. I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of the staff.
