First things first, remember that you are in Europe and all the rooms are smaller and nothing is as "modern". Now, with that being said, this hotel exceeded all expectations. For the tourists out there, this hotel is located about 15 minute walk from the Duomo and everything else you would want to see. It is also an easy metro... More

Very old hotel. Maybe it should be old traditional style, but thats too much, it looks and feels absolutly not like beeing in a Starwood property, it feels cold. Starwood in europe in general has to improve in terms of service and SPG recognition, but Italy is the worst ever seen. The staff is simply impolite. Location: 3/5 - not... More

Expensive for nothing. The bar and exterior lounge is cool but the rooms are so bad!!! Very dirty bathhroom, impossible to sleep because of the exterior street noises. The walls are like sheets of paper you hear everything! Very expensive services . Very bad hotel. Do not go there! You can find easily better hotels in Milan!

STARWOOD: GOLD MARRIOTT: GOLD At the end of my business trip which had me on the other side of the city, i had been very much looking forward to my night at this property. I spent the entire day in Lugano which i highly recommend, sadly it was freezing rain on us all day and by 6pm i bid my... More

After long trip very pleasant reception at the Reception (desk), nice and spacious room with large bathroom inclusive of big bath tube. The room would do nicely with some refreshing/redecoration update to fit completely with the hotel star rating. My arrangement was b&b, the breakfast room is nice and stylish but the food offer could be more elaborate. Quite expensive... More

The room was very clean and spacious. The Sunday Brunch was varied and generous in the beautiful garden setting. Staff were attentive. The WiFi access involved additional cost for excellent coverage. This is an important consideration when selecting accommodation.

The Sheraton is striking from outside and is pleasant and clean inside. The reception staff were extremely welcoming to us although we were not shown to our room which might have been nice. Our room was very large with a massive, very comfortable bed. It was nice to have chairs to sit on which you don't always get in a... More

I stayed here for one night during my RTW trip with my wife and baby. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a Jr. Suite. The room was magnificent and huge. We had more than enough space for our luggage and our little one to wander around. We chose breakfast for our platinum amenity and it was one of... More

A little disappointing for the price. We have been traveling through Italy for a few weeks now and the sheraton here in Milan wss a bit of a treat. It was by far the most expensive hotel we have stayed in so far. Don't get me wrong, it was OK, but at +300 Euros per night, we expected a bit... More
