The Sheraton is striking from outside and is pleasant and clean inside. The reception staff were extremely welcoming to us although we were not shown to our room which might have been nice. Our room was very large with a massive, very comfortable bed. It was nice to have chairs to sit on which you don't always get in a... More

First time participating BIT touris exebition in Milan . The hotel is centrally located , very good breakfast, rooms are ok , very vibe Bar but the most uniqe part of my stay was the staff at the reception, unfortunately Alitalia air company lost my suitcase, it took them 4 days to find it, along all days each of the... I stayed here for one night during my RTW trip with my wife and baby. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a Jr. Suite. The room was magnificent and huge. We had more than enough space for our luggage and our little one to wander around. We chose breakfast for our platinum amenity and it was one of... More

A little disappointing for the price. We have been traveling through Italy for a few weeks now and the sheraton here in Milan wss a bit of a treat. It was by far the most expensive hotel we have stayed in so far. Don't get me wrong, it was OK, but at +300 Euros per night, we expected a bit... More

EXCELLENT place for drinks! The 1930s interior, particularly in the bar area, is a joy to behold. While a drink was 15 euros, it came with a happy hour buffet of snacks that could easily have been dinner. Very worth checking out.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The lobby is lovely and modern, the front desk staff was pleasant and check in was painless. Unfortunately, the positives end here. The room was extremely dated and unattractive. The paint is old and cracking, the furnishings are dated and shabby, the chandelier (the only real source of light in... More

Great location and a nice hotel. Nothing too fancy but just right to make your stay very comfortable. The desk staff is very nice and helpful. Cannot find any reason to complain and would definitely recommend to others. Also it seemed to be a very popular place with locals in the evening.

Stayed for two nights. Great historic property with the feel of a time long gone. Our room was huge with a private balcony. The bed linens melted around our tired bodies at the end of each day. Staff was attentive to our needs. Hip scene in the hotel bar full of locals. Trams go right by the front door and... More

My wife and I had previously stayed at this hotel and enjoyed our visits to Milan. This trip,we only had 1 night in Milan(to end a 5 week holiday in Europe).Unfortunately,we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The desk staff were good.We asked for a garden table for drinks late afternoon and were told there were none-DESPITE non hotel guests having the bulk... Spent one night in the Sheraton. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, rooms are a bit run down but in a nice cachet kind of way. Had room 106, which overlook the piazza and has a great view, whilst being quiet enough. The Sunday brunch was great, and very popular with locals. breakfast is a bit expensive but food... More
