Stayed here with 2 other friends during june. struggled with luggage on arrival, getting to the room and on departure. no one offered to help or even to open a door. the elevators off the reception/lobby area are up a few steps and difficult to negotiate if you have luggage. the bar was very hip as discussed in previous reviews.... more

beautiful hotel, but in the rooms the airconditioning was just not adequate...even though they told us it was an upgrade to an executive room...the A/c's just didn't cool the room enough. more

This is an older hotel with a lot of history. If you look around you can see some wear and tear but our room was large, comfortable, clean and elegant in an old fashioned way.
