We stayed here in September, due to the superb access for Centrale Train Station. We arrived on Friday and left on the Monday evening, using the hotel as a base whilst we went to the Italian F1 GP. This hotel had some staff that cared and others less so. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, however the breakfast/food staff... More

The hotel looks good on internet... but it is really bad. I had booked for 2 nights but i ended staying in this hotel 1 night. The staff in the front desk was hopeless. .. there were issues with the internet they charge... per device. The room was tiny with black stains on the walls and torn up window frames.... More

Looks like a boutique hotel and the entrance looks trendy. Then you enter the room and it doesn't feel clean nor modern. The shower is messy since all the bathroom gets wet when you shower. The only good thing is the location if you are coming from the central station.

One night in Milan we stayed here and boy were we disappointed. The room was tiny, the bathroom stunk and the shower was a pain in the butt. The window wouldn't close properly and we had cold air coming through. Internet was €7 extra for 24 hours on ONE DEVICE ONLY. Not only that but the signal was no good.... More

Perfectly adequate hotel near Central Station where buses and trains arrive from the Airport. Decent room with comfortable bed.Slightly modern dilapidated (TV problems: toilet flush needed fixing) but rescued by decent breakfast and incredibly helpful reception staff - problems fixed, good restaurant recommended, travel enquiries answered, 3 prong adapter loaned. Also very reasonable rates for such a central location, five metro... Outside looks luxurious but if you go to the room you will find it small with dirty bathroom and beds, also no place for your clothes. The charge the Internet 9€ per day. The reception looks ok. We stay only for one night and then we change hotel

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and spacious, specially if considered the price. Hotel is located in a very nice spot, literally 2 mins walk from the Central Station, therefore the Metro station. Area full of very nice restaurants and bars.

We booked to stay here for 2 nights as we were taking the train and travelling across Italy. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we knew right away what a big mistake we made. Although the entrance and first floor was well decked out, the service or lack of service you got at reception was beyond horrible. Receptionist... More

It's an average urban hotel, decent for Italian standards. Located in a very non-tourist somewhat dirty neigborhood, but close to public transportation, but much too close (noisewise) to a double railway. Pretty clean rooms, yet very small, good breakfast, and very poor reception services. The bad - small rooms, rather old and tired furniture, lame airconditioning, dull and noisy restaurant,... More

I stayed here 2 nights. The room was always clean, but very small. Great breakfast included in price, in every morning. Parking area, free wifi too. A lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. I enjoyed the stay!
