We were looking for somewhere for 1 night in Milan after spending a week in Verona. Since we were getting the train into the city and the airport bus the following morning, both from Stazione Centrale, we decided on this hotel. On arrival reception staff were polite and friendly. The room was perfectly adequate and bed very comfortable. A little... More

Lobby is cool enough. Room is weird, especially the bathroom. The bathroom shower water drainage is horrible. The water flows outside the bathroom if you shower more than 10 minutes. The blanket motive is like a beggar's dirty laundry. TV is not working well. The air in the room kinda lumpy. Expensive for that kind of hotel

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we did not like it at all. Rooms are small, smelly, poorly decorated. Breakfast was below average. Reception guy wasn't helpful at all. I asked several times all of the receptionist whether any outlet malls are open on Dec 26th and none of them even tried checking for me. So, I had... More

We stayed here in September, due to the superb access for Centrale Train Station. We arrived on Friday and left on the Monday evening, using the hotel as a base whilst we went to the Italian F1 GP. This hotel had some staff that cared and others less so. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, however the breakfast/food staff... More

The hotel looks good on internet... but it is really bad. I had booked for 2 nights but i ended staying in this hotel 1 night. The staff in the front desk was hopeless. .. there were issues with the internet they charge... per device. The room was tiny with black stains on the walls and torn up window frames.... More

Looks like a boutique hotel and the entrance looks trendy. Then you enter the room and it doesn't feel clean nor modern. The shower is messy since all the bathroom gets wet when you shower. The only good thing is the location if you are coming from the central station.

One night in Milan we stayed here and boy were we disappointed. The room was tiny, the bathroom stunk and the shower was a pain in the butt. The window wouldn't close properly and we had cold air coming through. Internet was €7 extra for 24 hours on ONE DEVICE ONLY. Not only that but the signal was no good.... More

Perfectly adequate hotel near Central Station where buses and trains arrive from the Airport. Decent room with comfortable bed.Slightly modern dilapidated (TV problems: toilet flush needed fixing) but rescued by decent breakfast and incredibly helpful reception staff - problems fixed, good restaurant recommended, travel enquiries answered, 3 prong adapter loaned. Also very reasonable rates for such a central location, five metro... Outside looks luxurious but if you go to the room you will find it small with dirty bathroom and beds, also no place for your clothes. The charge the Internet 9€ per day. The reception looks ok. We stay only for one night and then we change hotel
