I stayed here with my husband during our honeymoon. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Europe and it was nothing special. It was a good location near the station but apart from that it didn't have a lot going for it. Breakfast was nice. However the shower overflowed. The heating was too hot we had to... More

Very good quality hotel with new interior rather small spaces bot hey its Europe. Close to the train station and dozens of restaurants. The Dom is only 3 subway stops away. Would stay there again....

Idea Hotel in Milano should definitely ask for their money back. Apparently they paid to “completely soundproof” their rooms (a claim on their website), however late last night I was treated to an education of the mating habits of the couple next door and although I don’t speak my new neighbor’s language, I did recognize the word for “yes” in... Great location, clean and modern. Rooms a tad small. You get a decent coffee and a good selection for breakfast. We checked in early with no extra charge because of the excellent Ursula. She was helpful, professional, had insightful recommendations, spoke very good English and was very friendly and open. In fact, the most professional person we met on our... More

The room is too small. It is suitable for short stay or business only. however it's good for budget traveler. The hotel is located very near to Milan Central station. It's 5 minutes by walk The area around Milan Central station is not a very good area. The only attraction is the Milan Station itself. It will take you around... More

Pretty new hotel that is located very near train station. Perfect for a short stay and business trip. Tiny room and bathroom. Breakfast was rather delicious with a variety of pastries and hot food. May not stay here again as it is not located near the shopping streets. About 20 min walk away.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times. It's very close to the station and ideal for someone visiting the city for a short period. The hotel is clean and well presented with polite and helpful staff. The rooms are small but modern and well appointed. The bathroom is nice to look at but poorly designed. There's no shower screen... More

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. Water was leaking heavily from ceiling in my room at 5th floor. It is un-explainable as hotel is 6 floors!! Night shift manager tries to fix till 1:00 am. I got very little sleep and Hotel refuses to refund the night (I had 3 nights stay). Hotel Manager is very rude and... More

We booked this hotel online, we mostly went by the location as we had to leave for Rome the next day early in the morning and also we stopped over as we were leaving Italy. We were surprised as to how close it was to the station and very easy to find. The room was comfortable and clean, the air-conditioning... More

We arrived close to 1 am to the hotel from the airport and we had to take the train at 8 am from Milano Centrale. We had the booking and we already payed before on-line for the hotel, but they sent us to another hotel far from the station because they had no rooms avalaible for us!!! In the morning... More
