If you get it wrong in Milan your hotel can end up costing you the earth we lift it late to book a room so not one of the best I have stayed in but ok clean and good service very close to the Train Station. Always remember small hotels only have on plug socket in the room. and wet... More

My wife and I stayed here as an overnight stop on 25th June while passing through Milan by train. The hotel is very convenient for Milan Central train station – less than 5 minutes walk even with luggage. Pleasant air-conditioned room with large double bed and satisfactory breakfast. The only disappointment was the very dim lighting in the bathroom –... More

Amazing experience. Rooms were really good and staff was very friendly. Spent three nights there and received great service. Did not have food there, so cannot comment on that really. But overall a very nice stay for family as well as couples

Scuffed walls, isolated. Would not stay here again. Everything is closed on Sundays. The start cleaning at about 7am and do not respect 'Do not Disturb' sign . Breakfast good, but not good coffee. I would not stay here again.

Went for a trip in Europe across 5 countries and 12 cities, checked in over 13 hotels during the time and this hotel got the worst customer service. The location was probably the best selling point as it was close to the train station.

I have stayed previously at Idea Hotel at Malpensa and have found it value for money so I decided to stay at Milan Central thinking it would be similar. Unfortunately it left much to be desired. Apart from the cold bare white walls (think hospital rooms), there seem to be a chronic problem in the bathrooms. The health faucets let... More

As a group we were separated to 3 different floors, check in took ages and then the swipe cards didn't work. Room was clean however staff could have been a little friendlier and more helpful. Hotel is close to cafés and train station

Stayed here a few weeks ago,the shower doors leaked and used up most of the towels just to soak water up after shower, and was evident that they leaked a awhile as the the wooden skirting board was rotten, the old woman on reception(yes you)was very abrupt/sarcastic when asking for directions and on checking in/out,overall the furnishings and everything in this so... Our group of six stayed here for one night. We had three king rooms and a single room. The king rooms were a good size with reasonable bathrooms. The single was very small with a petite bathroom, just good for one person. Decor is reasonably modern. Breakfast is included and there is the usual continental range of foods as well... More

Overall I constantly travel for work and am in hotels 4-5 nights a week clocking up over 200 room nights last year. My client booked me and my staff in here in February for a week as the usual hotel was full for fashion week. I had read the mixed reviews online so went with a bit of dread –... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
