The hotel overall is nice and clean, with excellent staff. However there is absolutely no usable internet connection in the hotel. The "free wifi" they advertise is so slow it is not usable. As a regular business traveller, reliable internet access is a must and this is something that the Ramada Plaza Milano is completely unable to provide. I will... More

A complete thumbs up. Value for money, extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the manager Pradeep who is exceptional. Rooms are spacious, clean and what you would hope for on a holiday with a warm welcome note and cookie. Huge airy balcony, and good breakfast. Metro station is a 10 minute walk and location is very far from the historical... More

During our recent trip to Italy, my wife and I spent one night at the Ramada Plaza MIlano Hotel. We had chosen this hotel due to its proximity to the Milano Centrale train station, and reviews we saw on trip advisor. We booked a Jr. Suite, and were quite happy with the spacious clean room that we got. There was... More

When booking a room in Italy, one thing is for sure; expect rooms to be smaller / tiny than usual but that's not the case with Ramada Plaza Milano. The two rooms we stayed in was so spacious that we should have booked 1 room for the four of us. We had a lot of space for our luggages. It... More

Had a pleasant 4-nights here. Very quiet residential area close to red line M1 metro station. Room - large, comfortable bed, large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers. In-room safe and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms apparently non-smoking but balconies have cigarette sand-filled butt bowls outside. High floor (above 4th) rooms would give fantastic views of Milan if... More

Check-in was good; the hotel is great, contemporary furnishings and fittings; staff was helpful. They speak English. The location isn't the best thought, if you're looking for a centrally located hotel. Or a hotel with nice views of Milan. The shuttle service could be better; there's no pick up and drop off from the main areas liKe the airport or Milan... More

This is a good hotel, but it makes me feel it is a few stops away from being very good. My room was very spacious, which is great, and the bed very comfortable, which is one of the most important things. Breakfast however is barely ok, when on earth will those fake scrambled eggs and fruit juices be banned from... More

You may ask what WiFi has to do with your stay? A lot if you're on a business trip. The hotel itself is really very nice, very modern and contemporary with fairly spacious rooms. But the WiFi didn't work from the minute I arrived and there was a very poor cell phone signal, so I was rather stuffed! I must... More

Currently staying at this hotel for a week. In this day and age, the Internet is as much a necessity any other feature that hotels provide. The internet service is completely unusable. When I come in from a day of touring a beautiful city, I want to back up my photos to my Flickr account, this is impossible. It took... More
