As someone who has lived in Europe and traveled in Europe for around two years I have stayed in a multitude of hostels and this was by far the worst ive ever been in. Usually when I look at reviews online I tend to think they are slightly dramatic and chose to stay at this hostel because of the location.... More

Stayed here for three nights. Reception staff were not helpful in any single regard and Te hostel just wasn't clean. My friend got all these bites over her one night. They moved us rooms to another dorm the same size, but wouldn't refund anything. Wifi only in common area and you weren't aloud to brim your own alcohol in to... More

A friend and myself recently booked to stay in a mixed 6 bed dorm. I will start with the pros: Location is very good. It is easy to find You have to have a room key to enter the hostel. The staff refunded 70% of our second night when we checked out 20 minutes after arriving. Now everything else: The... More

Rude staffs, dirty beds, dirty shower room far from the beds. I won't recommnd this hostel to anyone staying in Milan. Pay more to stay another place and avoid ruing your trip.

Out of the many hostels I have stayed in, this was the absolute worst. Completely the pits. When I entered, the lady working at the front was phenomenally unfriendly. Since I had arrived ten minutes before check in time started, I offered to sit and wait until the time came, but she told me she could check me in--except later... More

when we arrived I felt like I was being dropped off at some twisted day care centre. the amount of signs up on the walls telling you everything you can't do made me feel like I was being imprisoned not like I was interailing with my friends. the state of the hostel is horrendous and there was a pube on... I had a very pleasant experience staying at Zebra hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and cool- the decor was snazzy! Very glad there is no curfew as I unintentionally ended up crawling in at 5:30am after a night out! The bed was comfortable and I had no problem at all with bed bugs,... More

My friend and I have been bitten to death by bed bugs. We also met a girl who experienced the same issue and complained so was mods, however they don't seem to be addressing the REAL issue of sorting out the crawling biting blood sucking bugs. Overall I had 4 hours sleep out of 2 nights due to the feeling... More

My friends and I were looking forward to staying in Zebra Hostel. It's descriptions of 24 hour bars and making lots of friends made it sound great. However, it turned out to be a terrible experience. The rooms have no locks on them, resulting in a number of thefts of our property. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There are... More
