We booked this hotel for the first and last leg of our trip to Italy and it was well worth it. The staff - Alessandro, Chiara and Massimo took great care of us. They answered our emails promptly arranged airport transfers, provided great neighborhood tips and more. I would definitely go back if I was in Milan on a sightseeing... More

We stayed at Hotel Five for one night and thought it was a great little find in a nice part of Milan. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. It is also very conveniently located very close to a train station. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood which boasts of a very... More

Hotel Five is probably one of my favorite hotels ever. I loved everything about it. It's a small, boutique hotel- with immaculate rooms and a pristine hotel all around. The breakfast was a bonus and staff was really great. It's right near the Metro and near a lot of cafes/stores/businesses. I had a perfect stay at Five and dream of... More

We has a difficulty with our reservation that we had made through booking.com (the mistake was completely on our part) and while booking.com was of absolutely no assistance (we will not use them again) when we contacted Hotel Five directly the issue was handled quickly, professionally and completely to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone staying in... More

We spent 3 nights in Hotel Five. The staff was nice and helpful. Room was excellent, little bit small, but really clean and in the bathroom there was a nice rain shower. The location of the hotel is practical, although is not really in the center, it is just next to the metro station. The breakfast didn't rock my socks... More

Everyhing in this hotel was in excellent order and worked like a charm! Wifi could have been better, but it was a small minus compared to everything else. Good breakfast and room was cleaned properly everytime we went out.

I stayed here for a short holiday of 2 days, just to see the latest exhibitions and an opera at La Scala. The hotel is centrally located, but not exactly in the city centre, this makes it more economical compared to other central ones. There is a metro station very close to the hotel, so travelling around the city is... More

We choose this hotel because of the good metro connection (1 minute walk from Porta Romana station, which is direct connection with central station so interesting for arrival and departure as well), the nice comments on TA, the price (was one of the cheapest we could find, definitely if you book via their own website with promo code, which you... Fantastic boutique hotel in Milan. Unlike many Italian hotels this one is quite new, clean and the bathroom facilities are top notch. It is located right near the train station and is a 5-6 min subway ride from the Duomo. Service from staff is also excellent and price is very reasonable.

It's a pretty new establishment and it's a minute from the metro, tram, supermarket and anything you need in terms of conveniences BUT ... this place doesn't have a soul. If you just need somewhere to lay your head it's ok - a bit like a small Novotel or a Radisson I suppose. But I always want a little charm,... More
