Fantastic boutique hotel in Milan. Unlike many Italian hotels this one is quite new, clean and the bathroom facilities are top notch. It is located right near the train station and is a 5-6 min subway ride from the Duomo. Service from staff is also excellent and price is very reasonable.

It's a pretty new establishment and it's a minute from the metro, tram, supermarket and anything you need in terms of conveniences BUT ... this place doesn't have a soul. If you just need somewhere to lay your head it's ok - a bit like a small Novotel or a Radisson I suppose. But I always want a little charm,... More

The best part of this hotel is the service. The front desk personnel are super helpful and provided us with outstanding recommendations on local restaurants within a five minute walking distance. One of our favorites was Pomodorino just 150 meters away. It's filled with locals and has superb pasta and pizza dishes and an energetic staff. The rooms are on... More

Hotel Five is conveniently located nearby underground station in an area rich of shops, bar and facilities. Room could look small being the building not recent but I did find it very comfortable and modern indeed. Bathroom well equipped. Breakfast well organized and fresh. I will suggest this place to friends because price is competitive as well.

Wanted to stay in Porta Romana so booked this hotel, Its funky and clean. My room was on ground floor and was of reasonable size for a Milan hotel of this range. Breakfast was fine if a little limited. Staff were friendly and effecient. Its right across from Pogue Mahones, in fact I just had to pull back the curtains... More

This is probably one of the best deals in Milan. Accommodation is expensive in that city. This hotel is right next to the metro. That's a plus if you have fly into Milan and don't want to worry about finding the hotel. The room is a bit small. I had no problem with it. The shower in the bathroom is... More

We stayed here for a couple nights after flying in from NYC. Small room but very comfortable, especially for the price in Milan. Good value. Great location, easy to walk to the metro (porto romana stop). The staff were very nice and helpful. We would come back. It was a little loud in the day due to some construction but... More

We stayed here for a weekend. We chose the hotel because of the good reviews on trip advisor. We arrived late on a Friday evening. We took at transfer from Malpensa (95 euro!!!) because we arrived very late. However, if you are arriving 10pm or earlier into Malpensa, you can get a bus from Malpensa (10 euro) to Central station... More

I stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy. I had a room overlooking the central courtyard so it was nice and quiet at night (rooms on the street facing the Irish pub were not so quiet). The bathroom was nicely updated and the bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and... More

Me and my boyfriend spent here 1 night while visiting our friends in Milan: the place is easy reachable by bus or tube and it's really close to the city center. The staff was really nice, the check-in was at 2pm, but we were able to have the room around 1pm. The room was newly refurbished and really clean. Breakfast... More
