- stayed there for 8 nights / business reasons; - breakfast: all you can eat (ex. yogurts, croissants, cereals, fruits, ham, cheese, coffee, sparkling/natural water, milk etc) - staff: friendly and helpful; - location vs city centre: 20-25 minutes to Duomo - tram 2 or train Bovisa-Cadorna (near Palazzo Sforzesco); - near ATMs, Penny Market, Bovisa train station (trains to... The hotel is good to stay as (1) The rooms were decent (2) The staff was very helpful. Infact Milan was our first stop during our Italy visit and they helped us with purchase of tickets and informed us that tickets for public transport (bus/trams/trains) are available at Tabacchi stores in Italy. (3) The complimentary breakfast served in morning was... More

First and foremost this Hotel is nice. It's simply too far out from the city centre - 20 minutes walk to the underground and then another 10 minutes on the train to the Dumo. Taxi's are plentiful and will cost you 20 euros so it negates having to walk back late at night. The issue comes when you've spent all... More

The hotel seems old, but comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like we were the only guests there, but in the morning the (complimentary) breakfast room was bustling! It was all handled by 1 overworked waiter, so the eggs never got replenished, but there were plenty of cakes & biscuits to munch on. The location is a drab part... More

Sunflower hotel is located quite far out from the main city area and you have to walk a bit to reach the metro station. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The staff were helpful. The rooms were decen.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Bovisa train station and bus/tram lines with fast connections to the city centre. The spacious room is more than I would expect from such a reasonably priced hotel. Our safety box was defective - one of the 2 girls on duty at the reception immediately came up and solved the problem, and both... More

The hotel itself was although dated, lovely and clean and pleasant enough. Everything we needed to get our heads down ready for sight seeing. Breakfast was good and well stocked, staff were friendly etc.. No complaints about the hotel. The area the hotel appears to have just been plonked in on the other hand!!! Graffiti everywhere, dirty deserted streets accept for groups congregated... More

This was a nice clean hotel with an outstanding staff but is dated and not what we expect from a 4 star hotel. There were several nice touches like marble bathrooms. We had 3 in our room and were very comfortable. We had the bellman adjust the temperature when we arrived so it was not stuffy. The breakfast was very... More

This hotel felt a little deserted. Whenever my husband and I would leave our room or return to the hotel, there were never any guests in sight!! Even though there were guests (we were shocked at how many during breakfast). Staff pleasant enough. Rooms were dated and felt slightly stuffy, but at least was clean, wifi worked great in our...
