Terrible experience with Brera Apartments, from service to apartment details. The flat looked completely different from the website, was old and dark. Will not use them again. If you want a nice flat, go somewhere else. They even give you fake Nespresso capsules!

Dear guest, we thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry you were not satisfied of your apartment, we just want to explain that we usually offer real Nespresso coffe, unfortunately during your stay we had a late delivery so we had to solve the problem as soon as possible with other kind of capsules. We hope you will... More

It's my 3rd time staying at Brera Apartment but my first time staying at via San Fermo 1. I do love the place. Location: walking distance to Turati and Montenapoleone metro station which is quite convenience. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of G building of via San Fermo 1 with a small elevator( capacity of 2 ppl). The... More

We stayed at Brera Apartments in San Babila. Close to everything - subway, Duomo, name it. We liked spacious apartment with extra high ceilings. Excellent kitchen, excellent bedroom with a nice wide bed. Bathroom was spacious however some things have to be fixed there (in the shower water drained out very slowly, shower holder had a problem). Other than that... More

We (3 adults) stayed at the studio apartment at Via San Fermo 1 for two nights and had a wonderful experience. As first-time visitors to Milan we couldn't have asked for a better location - about 7 minutes to the Turati metro stop and €12 taxi ride from both Porta Garibaldi & Milano Centrale train stations. We could have walked... More

we were greeted at the Fiori Chiara Via Formenti 5 apartment by Sarah. she very kindly carried my case up the 6 flights of stairs, for which I was very great full. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean in the heart of the Brera district. we were above a busy restaurant but weren't bothered by the noise even keeping... From the Milano Centrale station it was just 12 Euro by a Taxi. Stayed in one of their numerous apartment in Milano which was just by the fancy street of Milano, Corso Garibaldi. It takes just 1 minute into Corso Garibaldi and once you are in Corso Garibaldi you will find enough bars and restaurants!! From outside this apartment doesn't... More

The one we stayed was on Via San Fermo, 1 which is about 8 minutes from Turati metro station. It was well coordinated through email and phone, the host arrives just after 5 minutes we got there. The apartment is clean, spacious. The kitchen was good enough for us and we had no issue while staying there. The only items... More

Apartments near sempione park was nice, airy, well equipped. We had a view on a park from 2 rooms. There is a small lift and beautiful yard inside building. Our hostess was punctual and friendly. The only one bad thing was noise from the street almost all night. There is a street with bars near apartments so it's bad neighborhood.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for 511 euros, so not cheap stay. We booked via brera 23 for four of us. Shower and coffee machine good, and location. The area in Brera is noisy, but this did not bother us as we had done our research and were happy to still stay in this area, we wanted to go... More

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
