Service is run by young ladies, from certain part of world, who do not speak italian, nor english, who spend time with their friends and do not want serve customers. Room needed fixing and air conditioning did not work in 39 C. Breakfast room needed cleaning. Location is good, nothing else.

For a quick stay, it's not bad. But very spartian. The rooms look like hospital rooms, the TV worked well, the place was fairly clean - but I've seen better. The area at night time is not great if you want to return late. Convenient for the Station, but the new staff is not exactly what you would call multilingual.... More

I really can't offer a view that reflects what others may find since my own expeiece was a very personal thing. We had been booked into a hotel justdown from this one but I had got the dates wrong so had to find another hotel for the first night. The Boston was right next door to our booked one so... More

We had just walk in in this hotel without any pre-bookings ! Great Locations -few streets away from Stazione Centrale , basically walking distance to all main attraction !!! The Chinese lady at reception was ok ! Very clean place ,though tired ,need some refurbishment ! Free Wi-Fi ! Abit noisy at night cos of the tiny walls .Although for... More

Certainly not a destination resort but well worth the low price. Great location within easy walking distance of the Duomo and all the other great attractions. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Staff was adequate as was everything else. If you are on a budget this is a good place

If you plan to walk and make shopping, but not to admire beauty of an apartment, the Boston hotel is what you need. Excellent ratio of the price and quality. Cost of two stars. Thus there are clean rooms with all that is necessary. All devices are working. Very benevolent personnel. The successful location - close to the Central station... More

I was really disappointed with this hotel.Everything was bad. From the stuff to the room. The breakfast was poor. Although it was near the terminal center, the stuff was so rude that they didn't explain us nothing. They can't speak english or italian. I don't recommended at all.

Seriously this hotel need to be demolished and build again, very old , dirty room broken furniture and smelly carpet, you can not close the windows completely and when its windy its coming inside as well as noise of people shouting and screaming or fighting after midnight in the street. I booked this hotel because it says near the train... More

Dirty, hot, cheap, just a few of the descriptive terms I could use. They pretended that the elevator was inoperable just to save electricity. So what if you had three floors to carry your luggage up. They turned off the electricity to the air conditioner just so you couldn't "waste" electricity cooling your room, but said they would turn it... More

The location is the only positive comment I can give. The rooms are tiny, the shower is smaller than a closet, it would be impossible to wash hair because one cannot lift their arms without banging on the glass walls. The AC unit stopped working our first night then the power went out in the entire hotel. It was restored... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
