Dated accommodation but clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. Very convenient: tram (5) to Corso Buenos Aires and bus (54) to Duomo. Very courteous and helpful staff. I stayed 11 nights and would return.

Yes it is cheaper to stay here, but it our room was not nice. The lobby is nice, reception lady is nice, but once we get to the elevator to our floor, we are hit by a funky smell and ashtrays in the hallway and room. Gross. The bathroom had a lot of grime still in the shower, and my... More

Nice cozy place, this was....friendly staff, bus stop nearby...bus will take you to duomo in 15-2 mins. Not too far from the central station either. Not too many options for breakfast/dinner nearby though. Only drawback, in my view.

My daughter booked one night here as it was close to the airport and we had a early flight the next morning. It is nice enough, simple and clean and has lovely grounds. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. We had to leave at 5:30 a.m. and the reception office opens at 7:30 a.m. so they let us... More

A cheap and well located hotel. Don't expect modern decor or ammenities. It is dated but it was clean, comfortable, well serviced and the customer service was better than an expensive hotel. The only thing to note is that you need to ring the buzzer at the gate to gain entry, it took me a minute to work that one... More

The hotel is 10 minutes tram ride from the central station. Location is green and calm. The place itself is a 10 storey apartment building not a hotel. No breakfast, but there is a kitchen in the room and there are cafes nearby to have a bite. The tidiness is a bit questionable in the bathroom: mouldy and worn out,... More

This accommodation is set amongst residential flats and is gated. The staff are scares, there is only one man at reception, but he is helpful enough. The rooms are very basic but have absolutely everything you need and are fairly comfortable. There are 2 twin beds put together to make a double bed, a fairly large wardrobe, chest of draws,... Very nice place. The best cost-benefit ever. Good location: you have to take a bus to the closest subway station, but it is not a big deal (about 7 minutes). The same bus takes you to Duomo in about 10 minutes and the ticket costs €1,50 (valid for 90 minutes, including the subway use). Many grocery stores around the block. The... More

Stayed for work in Milan for a month and my company booked a "monolocale" for me in the residence hotel. The kitchen of the room is about 2 square meters large and does not have sufficient utensils, pots and plates. The room looks cheap and is not worth 4 stars, but clean, room service starts at 8.00 am with vaccuum... More

I waited some time before responding to the review of our customer, because we wanted to capitalize on the criticisms made, and improve the critical points identified. We have to strengthen and improve the Internet connection Wi-Fi that we are now offering free in the apartments, and install decoder for viewing of the entire programming SKY TV in each studio....
