This place is falling apart. Toilet was broken and making noise. You had to pay extra to have the remote control of air conditioning and Milan in summer is very very hot. So tried the ventilator. Ventilator was extremely noisy which was a problem because I could turn off mine but not the ones in the other rooms (and I... More

The good thing about this hotel is it was cheap. The bad thing is it was cheap. Looking around, it was a very reasonable price, however, I was shocked when I came in. I had a private room with a private bathroom. It was one of those bathrooms where there is no separation between the shower and the toilet, so... More

This hotel is located just next one of the Navigli, few minutes walking from the underground stop Romolo. the staff is really friendly and helpful, anything i have asked they have been brilliant.obviously is a cheap hotel for Milan prices,so the room isn't a five star, but wardrobe, desk, chairs, fan and tv are in the room, plus the bathroom.the breakfast is included. So if... More

Last minute reservation for two nights was 90€: definitely a good price for Milan. Also the position is quite ok near public transportation. That's about it. The room was small, windowless and definitely not clean: I found a cockroach and the pillow had a blood stain not so small (7cm of diameter). The walls are very thin and you can... More

As someone else already wrote, you get what you pay for. Or maybe a little less than that. To be honest, I booked it rather last minute and 40 euros per night for a single room in Milan is arguably a bargain. However, the room had hardly anything in it and the shower just barely worked. But there was a... More

This hotel was clean but extremely spartan. We didn't mind, because we just slept there, and spent the days in somewhere else. It is what it is, cheap low budget place. Although there's one really good thing. There's plenty on excellent fine dining restaurants in really close to this hotel.

Let's be fair - to get a room at this price during the Design Fair was quite lucky. We were pleasantly surprised by the location excpecting far worse. It's quiet and a bit more than a block to the Tram no. 3 which we took regularly to the Duomo area. On the other hand, the room seemed OK at first... More

I read the bad reviews but went anyway. Location is around 30 mins walk from Duomo - a nice walk, and very near the canal with lots of action at night. Hotel itself is ok, don't expect luxury, but good value for money. If you've traveled a lot before, you no doubt would have stayed in a lot worse. It's... More

I think the bad reviews here represent more a lack of traveller common sense than poor hotel service. This family run a clean smart simple hotel which is great value in an expensive city. They are neither internet savvy nor good with English so beware of last minute bookings - I booked within 14 hrs of arrival and they did... More

THE BADEST HOTEL WHERE IM EVER BEEN !!! I had booking to hotel mercurio but suddenly they said to us that we have to change to another hostel (medusa) bucause they were over booked mercurio hotel (NOT TRUE) but we did not agree on this.
