Had a ground-floor room (535) in the courtyard, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Nice shower in the en-suite, air-conditioning worked well. No WiFi coverage in the courtyard (worked fine in the main hotel building) and a rather limited selection of non-Italian TV channels. But all in all, I really enjoyed my stay here, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere, everything is... More

dear JigsawPig, thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your staying with us: the TV has a satellite/digital sistem, while we are working to improfe the wi-fi system. Just a little point on the number of your room: we don't have rooms that starts with #5, the importance in case is that you managed to sleep and... More

Basic hotel. Nothing fancy but the location is the best feature. If you aren't searching for a fancy place but want to stay close to Mantua's tourist spots, this is a good place to stay. Service is good.

As others reviewers, we had a little trouble finding the hotel in a dark, rainy day. You must to enter through the ABC Hotel. The hotel and rooms are a little dated and basic, but decent and very clean. We were first in a room in the courtyard and later in the main building as we extended our stay ,... More

One of the cheapest hotel in town, just in front of the station, it has been recently refurbished to include some courtyard houses at the back of the building. Little character but, rooms are basic and clean and breakfast complete enough. I would recommend the courtyard houses vs. the main hotel rooms that are facing a busy street and the... More

Handy for the station and good value. 10 minutes walk into town. This is a basic but very clean place to stay. The staff are lovely and breakfast was very good. Secure parking at a price but worth it.

Located at the end of Mantua's main square, that hotel offers unparalleled convenience. It was reasonably priced, clean, decently maintained, and with friendly staff. As usual in Italy, their Internet login system is paranoid. The breakfast was basic.

We stayed an extra night at ABC Hotel because we found Mantua a great city to visit and also it was a base to visit Venice and Verona ( on different days ). We were travelling by rail and the hotel facilities are immediately opposite the rail station, but the signage was poor. The building opposite looks just like ABC... More

We stayed for 5 nights during a recent visit to Mantua. No quibble with the apartments which are good value, clean, modern and well-equipped. Location is good - close to the station and halfway between the Palazzos Ducale and Te. A 10 minute walk either way. Breakfast adequate if not exceptional. The downside is noise. A Casa dei Gonzaga shares... More

This hotel has a lot going for it, so I’m not sure why I didn’t enjoy my stay here more! I should have read the reviews on TA before arrival, as I had trouble finding it! It’s right across from the train station, but the signage is poor and you MUST look for ABC Hotel as it’s part of 2-3... More

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst we explored Mantova and surrounding area. It was very easy to find thanks to other reviewers on this site. We were offered parking within the hotel complex for 15 euros a day but because we thought it was too expensive straightaway we were shown a free car park a short walk from the... More
