This is the second time we spend a prolonged weekend in Regina Palace. I wanted to leave a feedback already the first time but I never made it. Francly, I don't know where to begin with. Excellent location, elegant atmopshere, spacy rooms, relaxing spa, opulent breakfast, delicious dinner; all accompanied by professionals. The staff is childfren friendly and patient. I... More

This is a truly elegant hotel. The rooms were well appointed, large bathrooms, high end amenities. The grounds were gorgeous with beautiful gardens in the front. It is right along the waterfront, and steps away from interesting boutique shops and restaurants. One of the added unique features was the pool and spa area. WOW! It is a must if you... More

Fantastic! That’s how I feel about the Regina Palace. Its decor and position, food and style make for a terrific place to stay in Stresa. Popular with groups but large enough to avoid them, especially the Americans who get everywhere. It’s the only place to stay. Don’t take my word for it, just go an experience it yourself. You’ll not... More

A very grand and lavish hotel. The entrance is huge, the ceiling is high, the walls are golden and so all the chairs. The room we stayed in looked very romantic and the view of the lake was extraordinarily beautiful. Despite the beautiful surroundings we did not felt quite so welcome. It was cold in all rooms and in the... More

This hotel was beautiful with pleasant surrounding. Awesome breakfast buffet! Rooms are small but clean. Take care when booking to inquire about the size of the shower stall. In many of the double rooms the shower stall is extremely small and plus sized folks will have a difficult time closing the door and trying to turn around. Single rooms seemed... More

How good to stay in a place like this full of old world character. It overlooks lovely Lake Maggiore and the gardens are magnificent. Upon entering the hotel there is a very large lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating and in front of you is the grand staircase. The hotel room was beautifully furnished. Dinners in the large dining... More

What a magnificent hotel. This was truly a palace. The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and have beautiful landscaping. They are a very large sitting area with lots of room for groups of people to be able to sit and talk. They have an indoor pool... Stayed here two nights with our tour group at the end of a two week tour of Italy. This spacious and beautifully landscaped hotel is stunningly situated across the street from picturesque Lake Maggiore and is astonishingly close to the quaint backstreet shops and restaurants of Stresa. Its very large and comfortable public areas are elegantly appointed and dominated by... More

We arrived and were efficiently processed through check-in. The room looked out over Lake Maggiore and was very clean. There was plenty of space for our clothes. The bathroom was in good condition with plenty of incidentals. We stayed two nights and were not disappointed. The breakfast was one step up front standard Italy. The market in town was only...
