Stayed from 9/6/14-9/13/14. Accommodations for 2 in apt. Michela were perfect for a couple. Private rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a day out and about. Perfect location to reach ferry service. Found 2 perfect places for dining; Taverna del Pappagallo and Al Buscion Wine Bar. Don't hesitate to stay here!

We were fortunate enough to be able to visit the lovely town of Stresa and we stayed at Villa Maurice. Check in is at Hotel Meeting which is down the block and there is private parking (for a fee) if you ask (this was a saving grace). The villa itself is huge - it's a mini apartment with a living... At Villa Maurice, there were several apartments which with unique interior designs. We picked DORA (one bedroom) on ground floor with garden. The apartment was spacious, printed in real bright yellow. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice surrounding. It was a bit far from the bus station (bus from Malpensa) and difficult to find. And check-in had to be done... More

We had 3 nights in a top floor apartment ( 2 seniors and an adult daughter) which had a separate bedroom and a bed in the day room. It all worked fine for us and we enjoyed the stay. Our apartment had windows facing out in three directions, one of which was to the railway line but the trains didn't... More

The apartment was great, very modern and comfortable, however there were two downsides, the railway is very close and meant that we had to ensure all windows were closed and aircon on with ear plugs in at night. Bed was on the firmish side, bathroom large and well appointed The breakfast was pretty dismal, with no hot food at all

We booked a "2-room" apartment for two couples, which we later realized means one-bedroom (as opposed to a studio). That was fine, since the bed in the kitchen/dining area was quite comfortable, but it really wasn't set up to accommodate two couples. The apartment would be much better for a family with a kid or two, or just one couple.... More

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The hotel apartment was lovely, with all modern fittings that included a private balcony. There were friendly staff on hand in the main hotel where breakfast was served and plenty of parking in the road. I would happily stay here again.
