My family and I just returned from a 3 night stay in Sirmione at Hotel Eden. Our two sons, ages 5 and 7, loved the town and the Hotel Eden was perfectly located within the old city walls. The room was nice and clean, nothing fancy, and our views of Lake Garda were wonderful. We stayed on the top floor... more

We visited this hotel in October 2005, having read a review from a ''trip advisor'' and were not dissapointed. We had our two teenagers aged 16 and 18, plus our little boy of 6. Without doubt it was a wonderful holiday for all ages. The hotel rooms were clean but basic, however as we were out 99% of the time... more

We found that the Eden was a very friendly hotel serving excellent food. We had a room with an unforgettable view over the lake and spent one day on the train/boat deal to Switzerland, a day in Milan, and 3 days free (thanks to the hotel) travel on the lake visiting all the islands on Lago Maggiore.
