This hotel is a real mystery! The contemporary rooms are fantastic -very modern, nicely lit, plenty of storage and the bathroom is the best I've had in Italy - lovely multidirectional shower etc. However the service is terrible! There are no staff! You are lucky to find someone on reception (therefore how they keep non-residents out I don't know) and... more

We went to Sirmione to give my daughter, who has a terminally ill son, a break in the warmth and particularly so she could get a good nights sleep. The hotel is superb in all respects other than the air conditioning in the "old" rooms. It was very hot the days we stayed and the aircon unit could not cope,... more

Location was great and only 10 mins walk to the old town (castle) where there are lot of places to eat and drink. (see more below regarding travel tips) Recommend a deluxe lake view room as the view was great with no obstruction. Nice clean room with Internet access, music, films and games all through your TV.
