Nice hotel, very helpful staff, excellent knowledge of English (due to the fact that in Lecco I hardly found anyone speaking at least good English), beautiful scenery of river Adda... Lake Como is jut 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel...

The receptionist here (I think her name is Patrizia) is so professional and friendly we would not stay anywhere else in Lecco..When we checked in there were a number of conferences going on an other guests checking in but she still found time to let us wait in the foyer and have housekeeping call down when a room was ready.... We stayed at the HN Pontevecchio as part of a Grand Prix package for 4 nights. The evening desk clerk Patrizia was very pleasant and helpful. Location downtown was excellent. Hotel lobby and restaurant were very nice and apparently recently remodeled. A variety of newspapers were available for review each morning.
