We arrived late afternoon after a long day of travel so took a cab from San Giovanni station to the B and B. It was only 8 Euros and very convenient. We were welcomed by our host who took both our heavy bags and bounded up the stairs with them as I'd they weighed nothing. We were on the 3rd... More

Beautifully restored convent in central como. Tastefully decorated with wonderful hospitality. Lovely to listen to rain on the skylight. As u lie in bed. A little tricky for people who may find steps a problem. 4 flights .but we had no problems as we travel light . The entrance is a little unusual as it is tucked away in a... More

We decided to spend a night in Como at the last minute during our trip and called Giampiero from Bologna to book a room. After the initial confusion of entering the courtyard via a service drive, we were delighted to encounter the beautiful interior of this skillfully converted convent furnished with artfully selected objects. While we only stayed one night,... More

Discovered this gem and booked a night here. The B&B only has 3 rooms and as we were 2 couples we booked 2 rooms and then met an Australian couple in the third room. The rooms are each different and wonderful in their own way. Ours had a loft for the bedroom. The building is an old Church/Convent and the... More

Stayed there for a night with my wife and to kids. The place is a great location for visiting Como. Its a short walk from the train station and the main cathedral by which the main shopping street is passing. Breakfast is good and pleasant and as there is only three rooms you may get to meet the other guests.... More

Awesome place to stay. Had a great stay. Host was lovely. History of the place was so interesting. Only three rooms in the place. Location could not be more perfect. Walking distance from the Duomo and Piazza. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Como.

Delightful old B & B but be ready for all the stairs { No lift }. Very good for walking to the lake and you can leave your car. Room at little strange with the bed upstairs on a platform. Bathroom down the stairs best to take a torch for night visits to the bathroom. Lovely maid .

Not an easy place to find as the building where you enter the courtyard is dilapidated and covered in graffiti. But don't despair everything looks different when you enter the B&B. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture but the bathrooms are large and modern. There is also air conditioning and all the mod cons including free Wifi and... More

Expected the unexpected when you enter the B&B. Uggly from the outside, very beautiful from the inside. Most likely the most beautifull interior I have ever seen Small rooms at the 4th floor (no lift), but assistance is offered to bring your lugage upstairs. Simple but very good breakfast, with all the things you need. Took a couple of minutes... More

Location was great, Olga was very friendly, and the free parking was huge for the area. However, for what we paid 150 USD, it was like staying in a hostel. Small room, small tv, bathroom door didn't shut all the way, and walls were incredibly thin. Nice place, but should have been like 60 USD. Absolutely not worth the price.
