I stayed in the green room and my two friends in the blue room. Both very comfortable, spacious , neat and tidy. The blue room is street facing and got early traffic sounds and late night revellers. The green room , which was a darker room opened to an enclosed courtyard area , not accessible to sit in. Gorgeous old... More

My husband & I stayed here for four nights last May. While it calls itself a B & B, that is inaccurate - they give you coupons for continental breakfast at the cafe a few doors away, which was fine. However, everything else about the place is quite wonderful - the location on the Piazza Cavour which is very close... More

Stayed here for a few days in December and found the apartment to be warm and clean. It is ideally situated in the city centre and close to boat, bus and train stations for exploring the villages and towns on Lake Como. The city's Magical Light Festival was on show and very impressive. Lake Como is beautiful in summer....and winter!

The B&B is as central as can be. A beautiful location right in the heart of the old town. Everything is within a short walk. Camilla, our host/manager was great with nothing being too much trouble, especially, with tips on where to visit and where to eat. The B&B is very well presented, with very good facilities and exceptionally clean... More

Great location, situated right in Piazza Cavour right on the lake. This place isn't really a hotel, as their isn't any reception to speak of, but no issues really. Had one night here in Dec 14 on the way south to Milan, and it was a pleasant stay. We had the 'Blue' room, which was very comfy, spacious and situated... More

This is a lovely B&B but I think would pass as a boutique hotel. Great location, easy access to the ferry, restaurants, Duomo, lovely walks. The room was very nice, great amenities but the best part would be the service from Camilla, her english was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. She even looked after our bags while we... We stayed Sept 10-13 for 3 nights. The B&B location was very central. Within the old section of Como. Duomo about 100 meters away and the lakefront was about 100 meters in the other direction. Host (Maione) is the Best, very helpful! Room was large enough to store luggage. Flat screen tv. Good lighting in room. Bed very comfortable. Very... More

This lovely and economic boutique hotel in Como gave us a fabulous location from which to begin our stay in Italy. Just a short walk to the dock where can hop a ferry to various locations along the lake. Our room was clean and fairly quiet ( your window opens to an inner courtyard and sounds can echo). The receptionist... More

Very friendly and helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Located a couple minutes walk from the lake and ferry terminal. Room was beautifully decorated, clean and quite comfortable with modern well-appointed bathroom. Bit dark and airless as the room had french doors that opened into a central light well (not a courtyard). Would stay again but would ensure had... More
