The hotel is located at a walking distance (200m) from the lake "Como". Some of the rooms are not worth the price you are paying, means they were smaller. The Wifi is not free. It was April month, and it was too hot inside the room as the AC was not working.

it is a quit and modern hotel, room was so big , breakfeast more than excellent, but bit far from the lake, i liked the stay but unfortunately we only had half night and we couldnt have tour in the lake
