First, we stayed in Oct '11. This is a great location. The rooms are literally OVER the lake. However, our room was where the hotel 'curves' so was tiny. If you are going to visit Lake Como then is has to be here. Truely breathtaking views and next to the ferry. Eat in house. The restaurant is superb. The staff in all the hotel are superb and completely genuine.
