Young couple, very helpful and friendly, runs the house. All rooms and bathrooms are new, clean, bright. Good beds, good breakfast, 10 minutes from highway, wonderful garden, lille pool, many nice little details in the other, modern furniture. The traffic can not be heard in the rooms, good insulated windows.

We just stayed for our first night on a one week trip to Italy. The hosts were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool looked really nice but we did not have time to enjoy unfortunately. Breakfast and coffee were good. With the window open it is a little noisy but bringing earplugs should help.
