Giovanni (5 min walk), 10 min. walk from the city centre are the most important things for the visitor to choose this small hotel...plus the friendly and helpful staff who speak English and are there to give you any information you need...Those of you who seek for these things will be extremely pleased by this...

We were looking for a place just for the night, traveling by car thru to Austria. This hotel was good value, staff very friendly and eager to please. Street side rooms very very noisy, owner was working with city to try and fix this. What we saw of Como it's a lovely spot, location of hotel is very central, easy...

We have been to this hotel many times because it is very close to both the railway station and the town centre. The staff is friendly and the rooms are colorful and clean. When booking a room, ask for the quiet side. One side of the building is facing a main street and we could not sleep! The breakfast could...
