Although the town of Bellagio is just spectacular this old hotel is an old style hospitality trap that takes your money and gives select benefits in return. On the must see side the pool area and view are an absolute charm and one feels like royalty. Truly breathtaking. As well the breakfast and the breakfast room are spectacular and again... More

Could have (for this price) a bit more equipment in the room - like music or dvd... All the rest is perfect - location, views, service, food... Not to forget the mood! Good band playing jazz makes an after dinner glass even nicer... I really recommend!

Unique location with Lake Como on two sides. Beautiful old hotel with super-friendly staff. Was not full when we were there in October, so we were a little disappointed that we didn't have a better room with balcony. The main restaurant Mistral is worth a visit. Also take the guided walking tour of the Rockefeller grounds above the hotel.

The sheer opulence of the hotel stops your heart and you feel like royalty as you walk down the grand central staircase. Breakfast is served in a ballroom which brings to mind fabulous parties and glamorous people. We had lunch in the Mistral Restaurant which is glassed-in on three sides and overlooks Lake Como. We weren't impressed with the food... More

We spent 4 nights here. It is true one of the best hotels in the world. Wonderful classical old world charm and ambience. Supremely luxurious. Second to none service with the concierge exceeding all expectations. Of course it helps to be in one of the most beautiful towns on one of the most picturesque lakes in the world. I would... More

This is like stepping back in time and into a grand Italian country house - every bit as grand as the nearby Villa Melzi! Buffet breakfast is served in a grand ballroom with ornate plasterwork, painted ceilings and Murano Glass Chandeliers! Our bedroom was equally palatial with Murano Glass and the biggest bed I've ever slept in! The beds were... More

This is one of the top hotels, period! An elegant classic residence on Lake Como in Bellagio, Italy that is now a hotel. The rooms are wonderful and the view of the lake, magnificent. The building is classic and the facilities match. Breakfast is served daily in a huge, beautiful "ballroom" with a view of the gardens. There are two... More

Our family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers ate at the restaurant overlooking the pool and lake (we sat outdoors) and the food, view and service were excellent. It was one of the best meals we had in the lake area, and we definitely recommend it.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world; not because it has the latest and greatest features, but because of its elegance, wonderful staff and great service. I had one of the most memorable nights of my life there for an amazing dinner with perfect service followed by over an hour of beautiful music by a 3-piece orchestra... More

My wife and I recently returned from a European vacation where we finished our trip with four very relaxing days in Bellagio, Italy at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. The hotel is set on one of the most beautiful places on Earth, on the Punto di Lago, a peninsula of sorts on Lake Como. The views and town of Bellagio... More
