Ver good located hotel, just 15 min to Bellagio. Free parking and free wifi, although it was not working in our room (no.5). The signal did not reach until there. Very clean hotel. Basic breakfast. Reasonable price. We would definitely come back next time we will be in Bellagio.

Stayed here with a tour group. Very comfortable - adequate room size with good -sized bathroom and storage space. Comfortable bed. Awesome balcony - very large with great view of lake and hillside (we stayed in room 106 - ask for it, if possible!) Not all rooms have balconies. Delicious continental breakfast with granola, boiled eggs, cheese, great fruit selection... More

Bellagio was our last stop in Italy and we made a great choice in Hotel Fioroni. Negatives: It is a bit of a hike to the town center, but only about 15 min and it has the smallest shower we came across in 2 weeks. The tripadvisor site says that they have laundry service and they do not. (yes, those... More

We were delayed getting in from Milan and arrived close to midnight. We still received a warm welcome and a tour of the facilities despite check in closing at 9pm. The rooms are basic and well appointed. Our room had a lovely balcony that looked out towards the mountains and was perfect to relax on. The breakfast had a great... More

Agree with all the other positive reviews, this is a little Gem of an hotel just 15 minutes walk from Bellagio. Very friendly family owners, clean and very reasonably priced. Convenient free car parking which is not available with the hotels in the centre of Belagio

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is nicely situated about 10 mins walk from Bellagio centre. Rooms a bit old fashioned with blankets / sheets in place of duvets but clean & comfortable. Run by a friendly & helpful family team. Good breakfasts & provided all guests with Easter eggs! a nice touch. Overall good value for this part of... More

My fiancé and I had a very pleasant 2-night stay here! The hotel is owned and run by a sweet extended family who were very accommodating despite our Italian being limited and some of their English being limited. Room was large for Europe, though the shower was barely large enough for one! We had a corner room with a lovely... More

I've stayed in this hotel at least 30 times and each time I've stayed there it's been great.the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern, the price is extremely cheap for Bellagio. The car park is a good size and breakfast is good. Discount available for food in the sporting club which offers great low cost... More

We picked this hotel because it was reasonably priced for a pricey town, and had an elevator and on-site parking—important to me as I had hurt my knee and couldn’t manage steps or long walks. Anna further accommodated me with a room with an accessible bathroom. While the room was not large, it had matching quality drapes, bedspread, and brocaded... More
