Hotel Mira, a family run hotel in residential area of Vratsa, 5 to 8 mins walk to centre or 2 leva (£1.) in taxi. Arriving we were greated by nice lady who showed us our rooms, nice basic(travelodge standard) but clean with ensuite WET rooms, which contain toilet, shower and sink, nice and clean, towels are changed every three days... More
