The hotel was perfect for our purpose. Only a few minutes' walk from the station for the trip to Monza and, equally, only a short walk to the funicular or bus to the Citta Alta for dinner in the evening. We came into Bergamo by train and the hotel is within walking distance (5-6 blocks) from the train station. It also is not far from the tram that takes you up to Citta Alta (the upper city). This hotel was fantastic value for money, excellent location and very friendly accommodating staff. I had gone here for my birthday with family and the staff were very helpful in giving advice on local attractions and amenities and even helped with ordering my birthday cake.
