Stayed here 2 nights in August. Was driving from Milan so found it conveniently situated to the main roads and easy to find. It is situated out of town but there is a bus 2 minutes round the corner that takes you to the centre where you can either walk or catch the funicular to the old town. The hotel... More

This hotel is very modern and comfortable. Located in 15 min by walk from railway station and in 30-40 min from funicular to the old city (citta alta). You can take a bus here but for me was very nice to take a walk and see the Bergamo's life. Rooms are like should be in 4-stars hotel: clean, good equipped... More

Its dated and screams for modernisation. The bathrooms old and the room insulation from noises above your room is bad. The flush noises from other rooms is prominent. The Key Knob is so old and weighs about 1 tonne. I am not joking. The locks are still 20 years old. The beds comfortable and the location spot on if you... More

Breakfast so hopeless and so low standard.wi Fi just one hour free. Away from city center. Depressing environment. Cold and unprofessional staff. Rooms are below standard worse than a hostel. No complimentary water. Washroom amenities are so below standard. Very small room. Very small bath and even me who is just 5.6 has terrible experience in small bath.

This is one of those sterile travelling-salesmen type hotels, in the style of the 80s. We were a party of 7, arriving late and staying for one night. Front desk was efficient, polite, clinical , functional. Rooms were efficient, clinical, functional. And that is it. As an international traveller I was hoping to just have a little bit of warmth,... Stay during my trip in Italy. Good location if you have a car. Easy parking and fairly close to the old city. clean room with friendly staff. Book it if you travel with a car otherwise is hard to get around

We booked this hotel last minute when we were let down at the airport by the property we had booked, so we didn't really have chance to do much research. The rooms were clean and adequate. The bar was nice, but quiet, but that's probably due to the time of the year. The breakfast was very good, tea, coffee, juices,... More
