We were driving through here and found Anita's by accident. We had the rooftop room and it was amazing! The view was great the pool looked amazing and the bathroom was very modern. The whole place is very clean and the breakfast in the morning was the best - it was huge! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone... More

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Villa Anita with our 3 children (15, 18 and 21). Daniella and Sandro could not have been more charming or accommodating, answering our multitude of questions and offering great suggestions. The hotel is immaculate and charming, and perfectly located in Santa Margherita - just ask for the various shortcuts to get anywhere... More

Santa Margherita is a fun town, and Villa Anita is a nice, quiet spot to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the town. The hosts are so helpful, friendly and accommodating and while there is nothing fancy about this hotel, it serves it's purpose well. The breakfasts are very good and the bathrooms look recently updated (although the... More

We stayed a week here at Villa Anita. The Hotel is small and family run and the staff all very helpful. The facilities are spot on - a small plunge pool with space to sit and relax beside with a small gym next to the terrace. There are not a lot of bedrooms which we like and although our room... More

Such a charming villa, tucked away from the central streets of Santa Margherita. Very quite area. Rooms are very clean. It looks like the hotel was recently renovated and is on the eco-friendly side. The bathroom was probably the best I have seen in hotels of this class, very clean and modern. The owners of the hotel are very helpful... More

If you are looking for charm and sophistication in a perfect location, Villa Anita will not disappoint. Simply put, it is a first class establishment. From the moment you arrive, Daniella, the owner, and her remarkable son Sandro pamper you and treat you like family. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well kept and the pool is unbelievable! Total relaxation.... More

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, and our balcony was a treat. This place earns 5 stars for all the extras: the incredibly helpful and kind people who work there and will provide you with maps and restaurant suggestions, as well as restaurant reservations; free use of high quality cruiser bikes so you can ride along... Our 3rd trip to Europe and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The front desk staff were so friendly, very good english spoken and all the tourist brochures & maps available. The room on 3rd floor was newly refurbished with great views of surrounds. The breakfast was superb and catered for every taste. Family run hotel where... More

Spotless hotel with all the amenities and great location. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We left early on our last day so we were given a discount because we couldn't make breakfast. Can't say enough about this hotel. Great room and balcony. Updated and very clean. Don't think twice about staying at a four star hotel this place is... More

We were fortunate to spend several nights last week at this terrific hotel. This was my first trip to Italy, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was immediately made to feel welcome by the owner and manager. The room was compact, well designed, and spotless, with every amenity we could want. There was a lovely view from the... More
