During our Italy trip this hotel costed a lot but not that worthy. The only plus point was underground parking and good Air-conditioning. The lounge was impressive but room was very small suffocating and no mini bar.The breakfast was ok. It was not bad but high priced and not the best deal.

A great base for our family (2 adults & 2 kids) to explore Rapallo & Genova + A very short walk (5 minutes) to the seafront promenade with tons of great restaurants + Fantastic breakfast + Free parking + Spacious room + Private balcony + Short walk (10 minutes) to the train station for easy access to Genova - Hit... Run by a husband and wife team, they couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the rooms were basic but perfect when you're using the hotel as a base for exploring the town. Situated near to the train line, but only noticed that occasionally, on the other hand it's only a 5 minute walk to the... More

This hotel was a find.It was close to the beach and restaurants although they are accessed by a steep set of stairs which might not be great for someone with mobility issues. The husband and wife team who run the hotel could not have been nicer. The rooms were basic but we were only using them as a base so... More

We visited recently after an internet trawl a few months go for a reasonable priced family run hotel. The owner/manager and his wife were very obliging and friendly and really nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfectly adequated with traditional furniture, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. There is a bar area with TV newspapers from various countries, with... More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in early October ‘12. Accommodation is expensive in Rapallo and even more so in nearby towns. The Mondial was still pricey but reasonable compared to other places that were available that (a) were fairly close to the waterfront and (b) had parking for our rental car. The Mondial’s location is pretty... More

We randomly chose the Mondial after checking out a couple of disheartening hotels full of pensioners on the seafront in the neighboring villages. You can park your car free in front of the building which is up on the hill, and the cost of 90 euros includes breakfast too. We were greeted by a receptionist speaking perfect English who showed...
