We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We booked a Junior Suite in this historical hotel of the Riviera Ligure. The weather was certainly not helping since we had heavy rain and strong wind but the room windows were not well isolated and we had wind coming in. I spent a week at the Excelsior Palace in August and had a mixed time. We booked with CITALIA and our sea view room was more of a partial harbour view. Citalia were really unhelpful!
