This is a B&B and is located a fair way away from the city centre and the walk back is uphill with a small pedestrian walk way. The staff were welcoming. Rooms are painted yellow. Bathroom/ Toilet is miniature. Breakfast was average. I would recommend staying in Santa Margherita Ligure for the same money.

Hotel Delle Rose is a lovely villa just a short walk through the park from the centre of Rapallo. We enjoyed our stay in a room on the first floor which has a balcony overlooking the garden and park. We used the fridge in the room and were able to relax with a drink in either the garden or on... More

I would stay here again, it is a friendly family run hotel located within a short walk through the park to the main resort. Our whole experience was very good, breakfast continental style was fresh and with a good choice. As with any hotel there are always downsides here the rooms are not large but adequate, we stayed in room... More

We both thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this hotel. It is just a 5 minute walk through the park to the port of Rapallo so in a quiet location with a lovely garden at the front. The house was beautiful, a very traditional Italian Villa with a large drawing room to read in a occasionally listen to the owner... More

We stayed in a lot of hotels on our trip to Italy and Tuscany, but we had the best experience here. The owners were very hospitable and helpful, our room lovely, and the breakfast home-made. I would definitely recommend this for a visit to rapallo.

Really enjoyable week spent in a nice friendly, small hotel with two very helpful owners / staff. Birba the dog is a superb extra, always friendly making the hotel seem like home from home. The hotel is in a nice situation, just a short walk up the hill through the park.very good value for money. Substantial continental breakfast self served... More

We did not stay at the hotel but we did a cooking course with Paolo for a day. It was brilliant, beautiful food and great hosts. Our favorite part was learning to make fresh pasta! We had a wonderful day and would definatly recommend doing this course if you are in the Portofino/ Santa Margherita/ Rapello area.

Great property, rooms are large, but the furniture needs big help. The service was terrible, they told us there was maid service, but when we checked in they said if you want it daily you have to pay extra. The chef owner was screaming at staff members and we could hear it in our rooms and during breakfast each morning.... More

We stayed here for just one night, and I easily could have stayed much longer. We were in a wonderful room, the Admiral's room, with a lovely balcony / terrace looking toward the bay area. Our room was perfectly comfortable, nice-sized, super clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful ... lots of choices, homemade scrumptious breads, cakes, cereals, fruits, cheeses... More

The best part of this stay was the warmth and helpfulness of the proprietors. The husband and wife and their dog were most pleasant in preparing the room, serving breakfast and assisting with local, knowledge. The dinner we ate there was spectacular and very reasonably priced. We were the only guests for dinner that night, so the husband was our personal... More
