We had a wonderful room, very clean but basic. Try and book the one with the terrace if you can though! Fantastic location. Delightful owners and good service despite the language barrier. Great value for money for such an expensive area. An interesting experience as its very old fashioned.

A privately owned hotel with very few rooms and a restaurant. This hotel is quite old-fashioned - the sort of small hotel you might expect to find in an English seaside town, with an elderly owner-manager and some seriously 1970s looking carpets. However, the rooms are clean and of a reasonable size, the A/C works, the breakfast is standard fare, and it is the most reasonable place in Portofino.

Given the prices of other hotels in Portofino, this one is pretty good in comparison. The room was really small and the bathroom was tiny but it was fine for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The owner was really helpful with places to go and getting around. Breakfast wasn't great but the coffee was delicious.... More
