As other reviewers have said the hotel is extremely difficult to find even with a GPS in the car. Once there, however, it is worth the effort. The rooms are compact but have the added bonus of a lovely little kitchenette which is small but very well equipped. The views from the rooms are also lovely. Note that some rooms... More

This place was average, and yes you need a car to get there. We found a restaurant about 12 minutes away, and the food there was OK. small town and not the seaside place I thought it would be. This hotel over looks the port with commercial freighters. So, not so pretty. The hotel looks just wonderful but on closer... More

I recently stayed five days in the Villa Nina during a business trip to La Spezia. I found the place to be very well maintained, the room pleasant and clean, and the small fridge and cooking facilities appreciated. The bed was a little hard for me, but the bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water. I also like... More

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Nina. The owner was very nice and his daughter adorable! The view overlooks the military base and shipyard, providing some nice views of the ships and the port. The rooms were really nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Some other people didn't like that you had breakfast in the room, but we loved... More

The hotel is very very hard to find especially if you have to arrive at night time. There are no illuminated signs and they don't have a reception desk. It looks like the owner live next door and you have to wake him up to came to check you in. It took us about 10 minutes just to find someone... More

Rooms nice n simple but cramp. Quite Noisy fm public road outside. Parking is along main road which is ok. Proximity to nearby ports like venere n Lerici. Dun expect any service, cos owner will just stick to her comfy house, just be self sufficient.

Walking distance to la spezia 30min. Free on street parking, so it was great for us with a rental car as parking can be a hassle. There is also free parking approx half way from hotel into town if u want somewhere to park car whilst training cinque terre. Room was great with a kitchenette fully equipped. Free breakfast provided... More
