We stayed in a twin room for two nights mainly to visit Cinque Terre. The hotel was an easy 10 min walk straight from La Spezia central station. Check in and check out were efficient. Our room was on 5 th floor corner facing courtyard. The room was spacious, clean tidy and quiet. The air conditioner worked well in hot... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group stop to the Cinque Terre. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the train station and very close to lots of fabulous restaurants. The train joins you with all of the little towns in the Cinque Terre which is very convenient. The room and bathroom were very... More

It was our first time driving to this part of Italy, our intention was to visit Chinque Terra, so we decided to stay in La Spezia, and catch the boat and train, the hotel is clean the service is above average the breakfast could be better, but some how every where in Italy the breakfast is not very glamours, it... We stayed two nights here and used it as a base for exploring cinque terre area. the hotel was clean, big bathroom and good AC. Wifi was spotty and you kept having to enter code every 12 hours which was a bit annoying. We didn't have a reservation and just walked in and got a room which was really nice,... More

This little hotel is right in the middle of town. Everything is in walking distance, the harbor, the train station and the shopping area. Great place to stay. The only improvement would be the breakfast. No eggs or anything warm, except toast. Would be good but I can love with it.

We stayed one night at Hotel Genova and were impressed by several things: the staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive from reception through to the restaurant staff. Breakfast was adequate and very pleasant if taken in the courtyard although the dining room is also light and airy. The room, including bathroom was comfortable and very clean. Hotel Genova is... This hotel is easy to get to (unlike some other italian hotels). It is very close to the train station, shops and a nice walking street. They have a parking option, although you have to pay for it extra. I think it was around 10 dollars. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a half-good location. It is about a ten minute walk from the train station, and is just off of the main pedestrian street in La Spezia. Most people come here, and stay in La Spezia while visiting Cinque Terre, but La Spezia isn't much of a town. This hotel needs updated and the rooms are not... More

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the Cinque Terre region and very glad we did. Hotel Genova is centrally located for shops, restaurants and the train station. It was the low season and not very busy, perhaps that's why we were given a triple room which meant more space. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room and public areas... More

This hotel was in a good location. Not far from the train station. We came back from Cinque Terre at night everyday and were not fearful walking through La Spezia at night. The pedestrian area is right next to the hotel with stores and restaurants. The thing I liked best was that they had a parking garage down the street... More
