... but stay for the great service and the wonderful food. This place was an incredible surprise. We did as we would normally and checked out a couple of reviews before we booked and everything seemed to point to this place offering an amazing view. When we arrived the view did not disappoint at all, it exceeded our expectations. What... More

The beautiful place!fantastik view from window and terrace. Very clean and neatly. Friendly stuff and ready to help you. Restaurant at hotel is very good and this is very convenient. To very easy to visit to Portovenere and not difficult to visit to Cinque Terre. Or by ferry,or by train from La Spezia. This hotel is suitable for traveling to... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Ville Relais in September for five days in September. We had a wonderful time.Beautiful small hotel with great personal service from all the staff, beautiful setting a great base for visiting the Cinque Terre and lots more. Great rooms. Excellent food not just the A la Carte but the menu of the day... More

I chose this hotel because of the views from the terrace and wasn't disappointed. It is in a lovely high location..granted the drive to it was a bit scary lol up a narrow road but well worth it must admit glad we didn't arrive in the dark. It is more a boutique hotel than a large chain which I prefer... More

We stayed two nights as a base to explore the area. We found the hotel excellent in every regard from the welcome to the rooms and especially the restaurant which was so good we dined there both nights. My only comment was the unusual requirement that everyone in the group either order from the daily menu or the standard menu... More

Dear PJC18, thank you for your contribution, that we sincerely appreciate. It's a pride for us to read when our hard work is awarded with a good feedback. We would like to spend a moment to explain our choice regarding the menus at the restaurant: We offer as you saw two options, the menu of the day, that is a... More

This is a wonderful place. The staff are all friendly and helpful; they really do seem to care about their guests. The food is excellent. The best thing about the property is the location, which provides for fabulous views. The only thing that needs to be noted is that it is located at the top of a winding and narrow... More

Cinque Terre, and Le Ville Relais!! they compliment each other. At Le Ville, you will enjoy a warm family environment, wonderful staff, and a view with few equals. Evenings enable you to enjoy the ever changing harbour sights by night. The restaurant is colourful, the food wonderful and ever changing. Our return trip was replica of 2013. Our room was... More

Dear mr Nicolas_Sara, thank you for your feedback that we were expecting, somehow, as you were one of the most rude and unpleasant guest we had since we opened in 2007. Thank you also for the evaluation of 1 out of 5, that you in person say is not correct, this shows how nice and correct you have been with... More

The hotel is a friendly and family-run place and in many ways is a typical small Italian hotel. The situation overlooking the Golfo della Spezia is wonderful, and the terrace of the restaurant and the small infinity pool both benefit from it. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the principal ones we had contact with, Andrea in the... More

This was one of my husband and I's favourite hotels on our honeymoon through Europe. The view was amazing and the restaurant was fabulous. I am a vegetarian and the chef and waiter made a special meal for me both times we went there. The only thing I would do differently is rent a car, as a cab costs 20€... More
