We walked, with roller bags, from train station - a bit of a struggle, but seems to be the best option. The manageress was most helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Staying in this hotel was by far the worst choice made in our trip. The aircon in our room was broken, so we were sweating the whole night. I booked this hotel as I was attending a concert nearby and wanted something that looked safe, clean and comfortable. Handy central location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms average, whilst clean there was a damp smell in the bathroom. Because of its position, the views range from limited to depressing.

Great location, superb breakfast buffet! Service was great, hotel staff are very helpful. Great place to make ur base to go to the Cinque Terre and Pisa, etc. Room was very clean and they even upgraded us to a junior suite for no charge! Will definitely stay here again!
