Hotel is convenient to train station and good place to start to explore Cinq Terre villages. Room was quite nice but we went down for breakfast a few minutes after a large group and there were not enough tables. No cutlery or coffee cups. Once we did get a cup there was no coffee left. Twenty plus minutes latter some... More

I can't write too many positives about this hotel besides the location for train travellers and the breakfast was decent. Generally I found the rooms to be dark and just depressing. The staff don't compensate by brightening the mood at all either. They are clean which is great and it's a 3 star at a reasonable price. My frustrations grew... More

An ideal hotel near the station in a town well situated for visiting Cinque Terra. Also a short walk to pedestrianised centre with great shops and restaurants Comfy clean old fashioned room with nice beds Fluffy white towels. Excellent buffet breakfast , very friendly staff. Not quite sure why 3 night stay varied per night in price so much as... More

This hotel is only a one or two minute walk to the train station from which you can enjoy Cinqueterra. It really is wonderful to come back from Cinqueterra in the afternoon and have a short walk to your hotel and a glass of wine. The accommodations are excellent and the staff is fabulous. They will go out of their... More

Very nice 3 star hotel a few steps from La Spezia train station. Super convenient to explore Cinque Terre. Clean room and bathroom and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with local products! I was thrilled and grateful to get Gluten free crackers and cereal! Also, do take the 15 minute walk to the nice harbor that gives you a great... More

2 minutes from the train station. Nice lobby and bar. Superior double room was nice....BUT....noisy dull thudding noises from above went on till after midnight. Moved room at 3am. Occasional thudding noises less frequently during night but resumed in morning. It sounded like people in a room moving furniture but wasn't as I checked outside rooms in middle of night... More

Dear Guest, I've been informed about the problem you have had and I'm very sorry for that. Unfortunately in the world there are a lots of rude people. The man at the Reception has tried to do something. To avoid other problems, he wanted to change your room. For about the breakfast, I'll take care of your critics to improve... More

It's a regular 3 star hotel, a little old but with good conditions in terms of accomodation (bed and toillets). The breakfast is not that good, but you cannot ask for more for the money you pay for it. Very near the train station (100 metres) and the city center.

Dear Guest, I regret you didn't like the breakfast, because it is one of our best service, with a big choice of organic and local food (yogurt, marmalades, honey, cheeses, bread, eggs..), gluten free food, homemade cakes and, in general, food of high quality. More

Hotel Firenze e Continentale is well located just beyond the train station and at the top of a long pedestrian shopping street that leads all the way to the nicely refurbished harbor. Rooms are simple, but comfortable, bathrooms have been updated. A nice breakfast room on the top floor affords nice views of the surrounding mountains. Staff are very pleasant... More

This hotel ended up being better than expected from our research on the Net. Situated just a stones-throw from the train station and a short walk to the shops and a variety of restaurants, it suited our purposes perfectly. Location was excellent. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had a newly renovated bathroom. Free wi-fi in the... More
