Very conveniently located near the train station we were able to check in after a long train ride from Venice and still spend the afternoon exploring Cinque Terre. Loved the room accommodations, beautiful sheets, bedspread and shampoos. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread with meats, breads, cheeses etc., the full compliment in a wonderful top of the hotel setting.

We visited in March, when the area is not crowded and not hot or cold. I booked an upgraded room, and we were upgraded again upon arrival [thanks, Mauro!]. Our room was perfectly nice, you know, it's not a new resort...it's an older hotel, so don't expect a 5 diamond hotel! We also booked with breakfast included, and it was... More

We were very impressed right from the beginning as the welcoming staff at the reception was very friendly and highly informative. The location is fantastic: a minute away from the train station and from the pedestrian area. It makes for a perfect base to explore the cinque terre. They also offer a nice and safe underground parking, although not complementary.... More

This hotel was a good find. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Train station next door and the city center a few hundred meters away. The small lounge is excellent for trying out local wines and the young lady, from Chicago I believe can't stop smiling. All in all a great experience.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right beside the train station. A Cinque Terre card can b purchased at the station and trains to & from the five lovely towns are frequent. The suite in the hotel is comfortable, spacious. I stayed there at Christmas eve and the decorations in the lobby is really welcoming. Breakfast is served... More

We stayed at this hotel during our "Cinque Terre" trip. The location is great, just a few meters from the train station. Nice and big rooms and pretty good breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful and nice, the front desk staff not quite so accommodating and helpful. Remember to book non-smoking room in advance if you prefer... More

Great choice for travelers planning to explore Cinque Terre by train. The hotel is very close to the train station but there was not too much noise to bother us. Desk staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. The rooms were modest but nice.

This hotel was right opposite the train station, which made it a great base to visit Cinque Terra by train and also to do day trips eg to Lucca. The rooms were basic but clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room overlooking the train station and the noise was not an issue. Breakfast was good. The staff were... More

This hotel is in an excellent location-- very close to the train station to Cinque Terre and to the pedestrian district. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in locating a restaurant for dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi is great! Would stay here again and recommend to friends :)

As many travelers choose to explore nearby Cinque Terre by train, being less than100 yards from the station is a bonus. It is also situated at the upper end of the pedestrian-zoned old town centre, which is dirty and aimed at tourists, although frequented by locals. The hotel has once been grand and retains that air, but needs a little... More
