Good location near the train station for visiting the Cinque Terre villages but it isn't easy to find or check in to. The lady that runs the place is only there when someone is checking in so when you arrive you need to call the number outside the door - difficult to do as an overseas tourist with no working... If you're from North America the word 'resort' in the title may cause confusion. If you replace 'resort' with pensione, zimmer or rooming house, than the confusion should end. This is a good pensione that eschews pride and care in the small number of rooms. The shower enclosure in our room was fairly tight - if you're a little larger... More

This is just a 5 mins walk from La Spezia train station, and it's easy to find. Once you're out of the train station, walk downhill on the left side, and turn left immediately, after that, turn right, you will pass a big window glass (store that sells shoes), and about 40-50metres, the resort is on the left. Before I... More

This "hotel" (which is really a section of rooms in an apartment building), is close to the train station and historic center. We really just wanted a base to visit the Cinque Terre and it certainly suited that purpose. It is difficult to find and there is not someone there 24/7 to check you in. You have to call upon... The location is an easy walk from the train station and the historic center. Very easy to get to theCinque Terre from here. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. A good night's sleep! It's a little inconvenient not to have someone on the premises but it worked out ok for me. I was happy with the room and the... More

The name of the property is very misleading. It is no resort by any stretch of the imagination. Very hard to find. Located in a very dingy area. When we arrived there was a domestic going on. Thank god I wasn't travelling by myself. No staff available on arrival. Had to get a neighbour to call her mobile. Arrived 15... More

This inn run by Giovanna is very convenient in terms of distance from train station and center. The rooms are big enough, very clean, and very comfortable. There are five rooms named after the cinque terre villages, so it's a small cozy place where you can get to know all the other travelers staying in the hotel. There are free... More
