Overall experience was good. The room was clean and spacious (with a fridge), the beds were comfortable, the location was great (not far from the railway station) and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Slight problems were: our bedroom had a very high window covered by a thin piece of fabric which let in a lot of street light.... More

If you are staying in La Spezia, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is in a great location - about 5 minutes walking from the train station and about 10 to 15 minutes walking to the water where the boat leaves to go to Cinque Terre. If you are going to Cinque Terre, I would suggest trying... More

We had to tell the owner what time we were planning to arrive so he could be there. When we came he explained it all, gave us maps and tips and all the info we needed. The room was ok, the bed wasn't as great. The only downside was the breakfasts - we had to go to a local cafe... More

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the station in a straight line! Very clean accommodation and comfortable. Met by charming owner with no complaints that we were 25 minutes later than we had agreed. Safe area with places nearby to eat and drink. Useful tour of local area by owner. Very quiet at night. Breakfast location nice and it... More

Located just 100 m from the railway station leading to the Cinque Terre villages, this «hotel» is, actually a string of four or five guest rooms on the ground floor of an apartment building. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and with brand new furniture. As there is no breakfast offered on the premises, you have to walk around... More

Hotel is situated very close to the train station as well as many restaurants and shops in the area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and spent time making sure all our questions were answered. Breakfast is a coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe. There weren't many options for our family of 4 in the area... More

Simone was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for us near the hotel. He gave us all the tips that we needed, and also gave us a short walk around to show us where everything was. The ones that complain that it is hard to find they probably need better glasses. The place is conveniently located 5 or 600... More

Check in was horrible because the manager / owner does not stay there, we waited for 2 hours before I can check in. When he got here he was rude and I felt completely awlful. Rooms are bad conditions, I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed for 2 nights in May, the hotel is located on the same road as the station, but down the hill on the oposite side - with no distinguishing name to find it by. The location is good, close to shops and ammenities, cost was reasonable, but the breakfast consists only of 1 croisant and a coffee, which is... More

Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The host was extremely kind. Very convenient location, close to the train station, restaurants and supermarket. Reasonable price. They should provide better breakfast.
