As many people before have mentioned, this is a very well located hotel although initially difficult to find if coming by car. Once you find your way up the stairs, in the side lane to reception it all makes sense. Nice and clean, reception staff very helpful and the rooms are small, but very serviceable. I like the music themes... More

Perfectly located, rooms are small but clean. The staff at reception is very friendly, and we would definitely recommend to stay there. We spent just one night in June 2015 and really enjoyed it, as it is close to the station and easy to walk to historic center.

I notified them the day before arrival that I would be staying 6 nights instead of 7. I understand that I was several hours past their notification policy, but I was basically giving them a weeks notice for the last night. I asked to speak to the manager, but they constantly made excuses. I find this to be a very... More

Dear Mrs. Lilygracie, we are really sorry and upset about your review, but we expected it. You are aware your reservation was not refundable and any change allowed without penalty. Inspite of these information you feel right and as you promised, here is your bad review. Our Manager was not in Genoa and our staff is responsible and learned about... More

Nice, and kind staff, clean, good quality for a small price. Near to the railway station! I had a pleasant stay! I recommend it! I would stay in this hotel if I would come back to Genova. It's near to the XX September street with restaurants and stores.

The hotel is located a few minutes from the main commercial street in Genoa (via XX Settembre) and is thus a little bit off the city centre. The building is not looking very nice from the outside but the hotel has been freshly decorated and is clean inside. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are relatively small but... More

The hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk of the railway station Genoa Brignole which is great to get see areas of the Ligurian coast. The hotel is clean & tidy and the staff were brilliant. There are a great selection of restaurants near to the hotel and it's in an easy walking distance to the old centre of Genoa.... More

I stayed here with my sister at the end of April for our one night stop in Genoa. The hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, air conditioned, funkily decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also awesome near a lot of the action in the new city.

Pleasantly surprised by the modern décor, comfortable beds, brilliant welcome. Positioned strategically near one of the main train stations, but close enough to the old market, new shopping and (10 min walk) to Genova's even more famous Caruggi narrow streets. Do not expect a typical hotel with lobby as this is in a regular building, on the second floor, but... More

Location: Off a pedestrian shopping street east side of Genova centre. It's close to the metro station and the hotel is nestled at the back. We had Google maps so found it fairly easily. Service: We checked in at night and the lady was friendly, checkout was at 10am, but she agreed that we could check out at 11am and... More

Pros: - Good location for the money, although a little hard to reach by car. Must have a good GPS for that because of the small streets and the way to get to the hotel. - Parking (not free). - Spacious rooms for a 2☆. - The same goes for the bathrooms. - Both were clean. - Very clean, modern...
