We stayed there for 2 nights. Searching from the booking.com, it is more expensive than deal directly to the hotel. We reserved for 7 rooms for 70Euros/pax, Including breakfast. The staff are all friendly, always wearing smile. Rooms are tidy, free wifi is also provided. Quite near the station, just walk out the station, heading on right hand side, when... More

We stayed here a couple of nights before a cruise. The Volabus from the airport stops a few minutes awalk away, next to the main railway station. It is only a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. It is set back from the road on the hillside, but there are lifts from street level - don't be tempted to... More

Hotel Vittoria Orlandini is walking distance (close) to the Genoa train station. They have a lift for your luggage so the step steps do not need to be an issue. I had low expectations of Genoa but came to love the city and the staff at the hotel. I did not get the one gentleman's name but he could not... More

Agree with previous comments and just want to mention a few of my own experiences. 1 AIR CONDITIONING When I arrived in mid-October it was warmish and humid. I have learned not to expect much from this class of hotel -- especially at this price point -- in the A/C department. Was pleasantly surprised to find fine A/C over which... More

This fabulous little family run hotel was personal and friendly and the man at reception (the owner?) was super helpful and welcoming. It is a very easy walk from the station and the quirky entrance adds some fun to the place. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast adequate, the cool terrace for drinks was very welcome and the reception... More

Very well located hotel and yet very quiet because set back (and up) from the road. This is a family run hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast is a good continental variety. Overall this is a good value hotel and provided us with a good base. I would... More

Our family of four stayed in a quadruple/family room on the fifth floor. Our room was spacious, cool, quiet and clean. We had a great view of the port. We loved the large European bathroom which was decorated with ceramic tiles. Our room had a small fridge and lots of storage cupboards. The front desk staff were professional and friendly.... More
