Friendly staff, especially the front desk clerk, Paolo. He is excellent! He provided us with maps as soon as we checked in without having to be asked and provided us with good list of sights not to be missed. We spent four nights here. The location was good, close to the train station (5 minute walk) and within walking distance... More

We stayed here for a night prior to boarding our cruise holiday. The best aspects of the hotel are the location - its literally a 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal, even less to the train station and its situated set back from one of the main streets down into the town centre and the sea front. So to... More

Stayed here for a night. Hotel was okay. pretty clean and neat, bathrooms were very clean and in order. Bed sheets were clean and all. The only thing which wasn't very pleasant is that the walls are really thin. in the middle of the night some guys were so noisy and you can really hear it as if they were... More

Walked into Hotel Vittoria and asked about room prices - a double room ensuite with two single beds was a steal at 67eur INCLUDING a great breakfast - the good full continental breakfast with meat and everything. The hotel is literally a two minute walk from the train station. We asked the manager if we could leave our luggage for... More

Arriving at the train station and discovering that your hotel is less than a 5 minute walk away AND that it's a lovely place is a very nice experience. This hotel is a well-maintained, family-run older hotel perched high (with elevator) above the Via Balbi, near the train station. Because it's so high, and back from a one-way street, it's... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk from the train station. Although dated, it was clean, very quiet. had free Wi-fi and breakfast. For the price, it is a great value. There is a city bus stop just a block away.

This was my first trip to Italy and I was concerned about a new place and new language. I arrived at the Genoa train station alone, with luggage and 7pm at night. I was relieved to find the hotel was only 3-5 min walk from the station.....so easy even with my luggage. The courteous gentleman at the desk even insisted... More

The hotel was cosy and have everything you need. The rooms are spacious, as well as the toilets. Like most hotels in the area that are in an older and more rustic building, it isn't like the modernised hotel. The location is excellent, 5 mins walk from main station, bus stop, restaurants and other amenities. The owners were especially helpful... More

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our stay was quite enjoyable. The location couldn't have been more convenient, but be aware you're not near shopping or tourist attractions (walk 20 min or take bus). There are good restaurants in the area.
