Me and my wife stayed two nights in the beginning of our small Italy trip. Our room price didn't include breakfast. The reception offered us 10-€/person for breakfast, we didn't buy. If you would like to have your breakfast in the terrace with a view of Genoa, you have to pay 15-€/person instead of 10-€/person. Room was really clean. Air... More

The room was very clean and quiet, as well as quite spacious. Great location just steps away from the train station (Genova P. Principe), and only a short walk to Genova's sights. There was a problem with the hotel's wifi upon arrival, but a free wifi modem (that could be used while visiting the city) was offered to us to... More

The Genoa Continental Hotel is conveniently located, close to the main train station and the city attractions. The aquarium, the historical buildings, and the picturesque maze of alleys in the old city centre are very close to this hotel. Its rooms are nicely furnished and neatly equipped; some command a beautiful view on the city harbor. My room was quite... More

The hotel is located directly across from the Genoa Principe train station. Since we were taking the train to our next destination, it was the perfect spot to stay. Very quiet, no train noise. It is approximately 10-15 minute walk to the old port, city center, many restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurants, Salgari & Tralalero are both excellent. Salgari... More

The hotel is near the Principe railway station. The main problem is the parking. The hotel does have one but charges €25 x night. The rooms ard spacious and the decor old fashioned but elegant. The hotel staff is very pleasant. The breakfast is better next door at the Savoy.

Stayed for one night on way to airport on 2 separate occasions. Both times got a very comfortable and clean room on the corner with view of piazza Principe. One minute away from rail station and bus stop for "Volabus" to the airport. Character, "old style" good service. Ideal for overnight stop in Genoa. Will use it again.

The hotel is just a stones throw from the main Genoa Principe rail station - in fact, our room looked right over the statue of Christopher Colombus to the station, lit beautifully at night. And in the other direction, the Palazzo Reale is just a minute away - but will transport you back in time. My pick of the Genovese... More

Quaint, comfortable and ideal location for a one night stay before our onward journey. It was close to the railway station we alighted from our journey from France. Staff were great with all speaking English. Breakfast was the best experienced in a very long time. Would thoroughly recommend

When entering into the lobby we were impressed to see an old, well maintained elevator. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, mainly because of its excellent location to explore the city. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but of excellent quality, and our room was clean and comfortable. Being... More
