Stayed here for one night after leaving cruise and waiting for our flight to Gatwick the next day. Arrived early and was provided with coffee and croissants while we waited for our room. The team were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was quote basic with no tea and coffee making things in the rooms. The bathroom was compact but... More

The hotel is down a narrow alley, which is very tight, but not impossible, to get your car down, as long as you can find the hotel with your satnav!!! Very interesting, watch out for the no entry signs.... The hotel was fine, just very tired and dated. The safe could be carried out of the room, so was completely... More

Great location for train travel in Genoa, the hotel however is looking very tired. In addition they turn the air conditioning off every day from 09:00 until 15:00. It helped us get to Monterosa, but I would check prices on other places in the area if I had to stay in Genoa again.

There is nothing nice about this hotel! Fridge too hot, shower broken and flooded everywhere (staff provided a towel for us to mop it up), had to duck to use shower as it wouldn't go up as broke, room smelt, wifi does not work in rooms. The terrace is not really a terrace, there is not even a single chair... More

The hotel is in the centre of Genoa close to old town, which is the only good thing about it! The rooms are small, dirty and i would not recommend this hotel at all! Dust on the furniture and hair in the sink! The sheets smell bad and there is a lot of noise coming from outside and from the... More

We stayed in this hotel for one day and it was enough. It was smelly room, shower doors was broken and temporary repaired, whole hotel looks pretty old and dirty. The breakfast was ok, the italian/european mixture and it was worth that money. The location is also ok, because is pretty near to centre of the city and the port... More

For a one night stay this hotel has a perfect location if you are especially travelling by train. You can be in around portofino and camogli in 20 minutes time if you avoid staying in high priced hotels in those area as well. Beds were comfortable.

Location is great, there're lot's of things to do & see in a 500m radius. The beds are comfortable, but our room's carpet could be cleaner. The breakfast was nice (but far from great). Good price&features overall.

We came to this area of italy, not knowing what to expect. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel having read some bad reviews. thankfully we did not take any notice of them. The front desk were most helpful and all hotel workers were pleasant and tried their best to speak English. The hotel was clean, the bed was really comfortable and... More

We stayed only for a night and the hotel was all we needed: short walking distance to the P. Principe train station, helpful staff, free wifi, spacious room and within walking distance to Porto Antico and the city center. The breakfast was simple but enough to get you started. Lugagge storage available, if needed.
