If you arrive by car, you need a GPS. Genoa is a large city and its complicated to find your way. Netherless the location of this hotel is great in the old city. We stayed 2 nights. The room was small. The bed comfortable. The bathroom is large but the shower is small... The people at the reception were very... More

We spent 5 nights here and it was ideal for seeing Genoa and taking the metro to the train station to catch trains to other parts of Riviera. The very helpful and friendly staff really makes this hotel special. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great service from a very friendly hotel. The rooms was very spacious and exceptionally clean and the staff were helpful and friendly in every department especially reception. My on negative was that the buffet breakfast lacked a few things but most of it was very fresh and tasteful

I spend 2 two days in a very good hotel. The hotel is in the of the citycenter, close from everywhere, close every palace. You needn't to have car or to take a bus or taxi. In addition, the staff is very quite nice! it gives you very good informations about the good restaurant for dinner. excellent choice.

Perfect location for a 2 night one day stay. Easily accessed from train station. Rooms clean, modern, internet access available. Area near upscale shops, walking trail advertised as one day thing to do in Genoa. If you want to eat at a restaurant that resembles your mothers kitchen with all the delicious tastes and aromas (assuming your mother/father was a... More

Nice location, if you want to see Genoa on foot. I was here for business, so it was immaterial. Staff were nice. The room was dated with uninspired high-density fibreboard furniture you might find the same in a university dorm room. The room was a typical size for Italy, but the bathroom was incongruently nice! The wireless worked almost all... More

A great small hotel on the edge of the old town. Staff really helpful and the room clean with a king sized bed and large bathroom. Breakfasts were excellent with fresh fruit and a good variety of options for An Italian breakfast. Handy taxi rank across the street. Although I asked for a quiet room we had one overlooking the... Stayed for 3 nights in mid July. Level 5 had great view and quiet. Breakfast was a highlight and great service. Only improvement would be restocking tea and coffee in room more frequently. Rooms were maintained to a clean std.
