The Hotel Bristol Palace is in a great location for the traveler without a car. A couple of blocks from a Metro station, the opera the Doge's Palace which is an art museum. It's near shopping and a lot of good restaurants. The building itself is one of those old grand hotels. One of the best breakfast buffets we had... More

It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large with antique like furniture. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was adorable in pink and great selection. It is wonderful location to wander about but oh so difficult to find when driving even with GPS. My daughter complained about bug bites in her room but the other 2 rooms had... More

After following confusing road directions to this hotel we finally arrived. The frontage is hidden on by shop signs but once you get into the hotel it is a joy. The decor is grand and well maintained. The staircase is worth the stay! Very helpful staff on reception despite having two very hot, tired bikers in front of them. Our... More

Me and my wife stayed at this amazing hotel for four nights. It is in a very good location and close to many attractions in Genoa. It is between the main train station and historical district of Genoa surrounded by brand stores . We stayed in a renovated room , it was spacious enough , silent and clean ,looking at... More

I must say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at at this price range (middle). It's very neat, charming and the staff is extremely attentive. I'm used to small rooms in Southern Europe but the one we've got was rather big! I really recommend this lovely place. Haven't tried the food here though, I don't like dining... More

Hotel Bristol Palace is a wonderful, authentic old-style hotel in the center of Genoa. We just loved it, very comfortable, rooms adorable, very friendly staff and they park your car for you! They have the smallest lift of any :-) Highly recommended!

Genoa was my first introduction to Italy, and I had no idea where to stay. This hotel turned out to be marvelous. It is near the central plaza, shopping, and museums. The staff were so delightful--over-the-top friendly and welcoming. Loved the breakfasts and I actually ate at the restaurant two nights because it was so delicious. Bed was comfortable and... More

The location of this hotel is excellent and is only a very pleasant 5 min walk down to the harbour and we took the underground back after a great meal down at the port. The check in process was quite slow so we were pleased there wasn't a queue. The room a triple was spacious for us but the bath... More
