We had an enormous, tastefully furnished room and an extremely comfortable bed. Even though it was on the main street it was quiet and you could open the windows. The breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent central location very close to the main sites and the historic city centre. The hotel really added to our enjoyment of our... More

I can't say enough good things about The Hotel Bristol Palace! Our room was beautiful, clean, very nicely appointed and very large! The rooms and windows are very well insulated, so very quiet. The breakfast room was lovely with a wide selection of goodies to choose from. One afternoon we ordered a glass of champagne and we were given a... More

We stayed at the Bristol Palace for 5 nights, in a beautifully furnished two-room suite. Our rooms were quiet, even though facing the street, and both the bedroom and bathroom were extravagantly large. We used the parlor merely to hide the luggage, although it contained a second desk, an armoire, and a seating area. The Bristol's staff directed us perfectly... More

Very tastefully decorated and beautiful inside. Located on a beautiful street within walking distance to many historic sites. That section of Via XX Settembre is paved mosaic!!! You walk on a few centuries old pavement! Not even 10 minutes walk to the Port Antico. 4 min to Ponte Monumentale. 7 minutes to Torri di Porta Soprana. Minutes to various churches.... More

right in the centre, Hotel Bristol Palace was full of terrific staff (esp Stefano) - well, here's what happened and why he was so great: they have leaking probems in the bathrooms - so Stefano at 11 pm moved all our stuff to another room (leaks there too!), and then came back later when i reminded them all that i... Large rooms with comfortable bed - by European standards, it was a very big room, more like the kind of room you'd find in the United States. I was on the top floor away from the street noise. large comfortable bathroom with huge shower. Clean and well-appointed. Beautiful architecture in the lobby and stairwell, see photos attached.

From the moment we arrived (and witnessed the well publicised view up through the 6 floors of ornate stairs) we knew this was going to be a lovely place to be for the next 3 days . . . . . especially when we got upgraded from a deluxe double to a suite !!! The location is perfect (although our... More

Following the list of hotels proposed by the organisers of the meeting I have decided for Hotel Bristol Palace. Reason - the venue of the meeting was in the same hotel. A really good choice. I will remember the hotel for a very silent rooms. Didnt go into details, but the room was really very quiet. Good breakfast, good sleeping.... More

Dear Traveller, Thank you for your fantastic review. We are truly glad and delighted that you have enjoyed your recent stay with us. It is true that the hotel is absolutely central but the rooms are absolutely quiet, due to the very good renovation work the windows have undergone and to the quality of the walls. I stayed at the Hotel Bristol Palace whilst in Italy on business. The hotel has a good central location and was easy to find. It had easy access to many of the city's attractions. Check-in was really simple and quick. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The views of the stairway in the hotel from the lobby and from the... More

This was an elegant classic hotel and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite on the top floor with a balcony. The room was huge and it gave us a feeling of Italian history and charm. We were impressed by the spiral staircase. We could see the De Ferrari Square from our balcony. The people at the reception were very... More
