Excellent location. Easy access to most part of the town. Just a warning to all, the reception told us that the mineral water was free but would attempt to charge €3.6 per bottle by claiming that only the first 2 bottles were free at the time of checking out. We threatened to launch complain and they finally gave in.

This is a wonderful hotel. The architecture and the style of the hotel is just wonderful. Friendly staff, excellent location right in the middle of the city, the port, the old city and shopping is in walking distance. Absolutely enjoyable place!

A hotel with an entrance you could easily miss but once you walk in the beauty hits you. Had a very enjoyable two nights here prior to a cruise. Hotel and rooms are magical as is the wonderful staircase. Staff were always friendly and polite. Would I stay here again......absolutely!!

Beautiful hotel in fab location, can't wait to go back! Our suite was stunning with 2 double beds and double sofa bed plus a small balcony that over looked the shops below. Breakfast was awesome too, lots of selection and bubbles!!

Simply put - this is a beautiful majestic building, giving you the high ceilings, rich woodwork, magical staircases and history that a new building's designers would never get past the bean counters. This was one of the most memorable, and enjoyable hotels in our four week journey through Europe.

A beautiful old hotel in the heart of Genoa's shopping district. Rooms are well appointed with fine woodwork and high ceilings. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful with both restaurant and shopping suggestions

Wonderful hotel with spacious clean rooms. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. In the center of town in a very good place. The only negative was the small lobby area and the poor breakfast. We ll come back to this hotel and beautiful town.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday based in this hotel in Genoa. An excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms had very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. A special mention for the bar manager Roberto who service was always excellent.

This hotel is located close to the De Ferrari metro station, and its location is excellent for visiting the Old City and shopping. We hardly needed to use the public transport when in Genoa as we could walk anywhere. Our triple room was excellent and very clean, the buffet breakfast really good, and we really loved the building. I stayed here for one night after a cruise. The hotel is centrally located for visiting Genoa which is a beautiful city. The rooms are large and airy with period furniture. The staircase is something to behold when looking up from the ground floor.
