That pretty much sums it up. The hotel is located in a good location and pretty convenient to accessing the main roads. The room we received was spectacularly huge --especially given my experience with European rooms. There isn't much street parking available but they hotel does have parking that they charge you for. Staff was courteous and polite. more

We stayed in this grand old hotel for one night...loved the beautiful staircase, the high, ornate ceilings, large room with very comfortable beds, all that we required -large wardrobe, linen, toiletries, safe and even a bath! Very friendly and helpful staff. And if that isn't enough it is central to the heart of Genoa. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again. more

Large, clean, comfortable room, decent bathroom, A/C worked beautifully, friendly staff, most of whom spoke pretty good English. Large, comfy bed.
