We planned on staying for 2 nights but extended to three while waiting for luggage to arrive. Had a nicely furnished room on the second floor that was an excellent value for the rate. Room was on street side and air conditioned so noise was not an issue. All hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close... More

First off, a budget room means no air conditioning and no wi-fi access... other than that, this place was fantastic! From the moment we arrive (Just after the 1030pm cut-off) we were made to feel welcome by the reception staff, who turned out to be very helpful! We received an email about a week before our stay making sure that... More

The hotel surprised with its price performance. Located in walking distances from all important historic places and fantastic close to railway station. The ladies working in the reception were so kind and helpful and advising very useful tips about nearby region!

My husband and I were not a fan of the city of Genoa, but as we stayed there only one night, this hotel was very nice. It is so close to the train station that you can quickly walk there, and it's easy to find something to eat. As other reviewers have stated, it is noisy, so bring your earplugs.... More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights only, but we appreciated its superb location - it takes just 3 minutes to get there from the train station. There are quite a few places to eat and buy food. However, the street is extremely noisy and there was funny smell in the room.

We chose to stay at Nuovo Nord because of its proximity to the Principe Station, the price, and the inclusion of breakfast. It was easy to find and a 2 minute walk to Genoa's main station, as well as being in easy walking distance of the port and Via Garibaldi and the cathedral. A friendly man welcomed us and advised... Hotel is in a good location near to the old market. The stuff is really helpful and nice. The rooms are not that fancy but simple decorated. I have no complain about this hotel in general the only bad thing is that at night the whole area seemed a bit dangerous and thats all I didn't like.

Perfect location for the train station, only a 2 minute walk. We spent 1 night here as a stop over, was convenient, but so noisy from the street outside. The walls are paper thin, and the noise from the street kept us up all night. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel interior is quite modern and nice.

It's a smaller place but very warm and friendly. The hotel catered well for the whole family. I need to commend the way the way the staff went over and above to help us. I needed to track down a laptop cable as a matter of urgency and they were very helpful in this regard. We also needed to leave... More
